The system is designed to think of thousands of potential scenarios and to pick the best outcome in order to win.
At the end of every game, the system will show you your score and what the artificial intelligence thought of your leadership skills.
The game uses real data from the internet.

If you bought the full version you should see it.
In case you do not see it please clear game cache and data from the game settings and reload the game after.

The version 3.6.7 had issues with Android only and because of this we needed to adapt.
Version 3.7.5 is fixing the issues for android and the same as 3.6.7 for PC.

We will soon bring them all up.
First we bring up very fast version of World Empire 2027 that will be up soon.

We have the same computer specs and its working very fast.
The game is very simple 2D and do not have heavy graphics.
Can it be that you do not have Directx 11 installed on your computer? 
Can you show us more data like screenshots? Logs? So we can find out why its doing it only in your computer.
