I had a lot of fun figuring out a pattern to defeat the ennemies (run around, wait until they stop to attack, then shoot!). I loved the music and aesthetics! One simple way to connect your story to the gameplay would be to reward the player with one glyph per room they complete! Very promising! :D

Thanks a lot for trying my game! I am really glad you enjoyed the arcade feel of it!

Great game, I loved the aesthetics and connection to the theme! It's outside the scope of a game jam of course, but I would love to play a version of the game where you have to also manage their relationship to one another via multiple choice dialogues! (something you hinted at when one fo the hueborn complains about another being full of themselves). Great entry! :D

I had a lot of fun playing it, it is impressive considering you had very little game dev experience! It took me while to figure out how the wasd commands worked, even after reading your description, I think adding a tutorial phase or pop up messages ("memorize the sequence", "your turn!") would help! Also as someone mentionned, at some points images stopped matching in my case too. But besides those bugs, I had fun and see a lot of potential! :D

Thanks a lot for your kind comment and feedback! Yes I would definitely love to add more ennemies and movements, it is lacking at the moment (I didn't have too much time for this jam)!

The art style and animations are amazing! And the little intro cinematic is brilliant, really sets the story of the game without much dialogue, I loved it! I played the web version, my character got stuck at some point and could not move forward. But the game is super promising, with extra polish it will be great!

Thanks a lot for trying my game! The Unity Spline tool makes it really easy to create tracks like these, if you work with Unity,  I highly recommend it! 👌

I agree, it takes the experience to the next level! You can find it here

My favourite entry so far! I had a lot of fun trying to plug the sockets! I also liked the fact that the music starts right after the first light is activated! Makes it really engaging from the start! :D

Thanks a lot for trying the game and leaving a comment! :D

Really fun game, I love the old school combat and mechanics! The idea of making the gun slow and powerful really made me feel like a pirate from old movies! :D With a few more VFX once the shot hits the skeletton, it will feel amazing! ;)

The atmosphere on this game is really great, and the story super promising! It got me hooked into what this Mayor Dalloway is up to with the excavations (and also what happened to the Trulls' dog?)! I am not sure I fully understood how to know which cable to plug, or if it made a difference which one to use. But I think this is more related to the time constraint of the Jam. Excellent entry! :)

I'm impressed! When I first read the instructions on the first screen, I was afraid I would find it too complicated for me, but it was actually super intuitive! I had a blast changing the formation of my connections and running through ennemies! Great job!

Thanks a lot for trying it and leaving a comment, I'm really happy you found the mechanic worked! 😊 I  really just came up with the story / link to the them 5 min before submitting, so I get your point. ;) I was really happy when I found this free music online, it was a great asset to the game!

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate you trying it and leaving a comment! 😊
