Last version update was 54 days ago after the dev pushed out 106 versions within two weeks.  I doubt it's been abandoned, but the dev might be taking a break or focusing on releasing a larger update to address multiple issues in the future.  We'll have to see.

PokemonEmerald > Saved > SaveGames > Whichever slot save you want.

It's a demo... chill... I highly doubt the difficulty curve will be this dramatic in the full release.

Yeah, seems to be a huge issue with a ton of Pokemon. Pikachu, Psyduck, Lotad-- none of them have learned any level-up moves, and I have them all at level 30+.  However, TMs are currently broken, and you can teach any move to any Pokemon.  So, I'm just buying up all the most broken TMs and teaching them to my team.

Is Psyduck's moveset bugged?  I've leveled a Psyduck from level 5 up to level 24, and he hasn't learned a single move yet. XD

Seems like a pretty well-known issue right now.  I've been using an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller with no problems.  But yeah, PS5 controllers seem to not work at the moment.

Please, please, please fix the paralysis status effect.  If MY Pokemon has paralysis, I can never get an attack to go through.  I'm just in an endless loop...  However, the opposing Pokemon is completely unaffected by the status.  They get to attack every turn, even when paralyzed.  I've gotten to the point where if I get paralyzed, I just soft reset because I can't do anything about it.  You could also add status healing items into the Delibird shop.  I find it silly that we have a pokeball specifically for catching shiny Pokemon, but no antidotes or paralyze heals...

Another issue-- when a Pokemon learns a new move post-battle, instead of being given the option to forget an old move to make room for the new move, it's instead just added onto the list of moves.  The issue here is, when battling, you can only access the first 4 moves on the list.  So, any newly learned moves are inaccessible.  I've looked around and can't find a way to correct this issue within the Pokemon summary screen.  Anyone find a resolution for this?

Super fun so far, but as stated, there are a lot of bugs to work through.

Trainer battles will start, but our character will never show up and the battle never actually begins.  You just get stuck in the pre-battle animations, staring at the opposing trainer.  Reset is required to fix.

This one seemed oddly specific, but when catching a Lotad (and ONLY Lotad) in the first area, the very next encounter has no Pokemon and you get locked in the battle screen with no options.  You must soft reset to fix.  And then after resetting, if catching another Lotad, the same issue happens.  I haven't had this bug occur outside of catching a Lotad in the first area.

When buying items, sometimes the quantities you buy are not correctly added to inventory, but the full price is deducted from your funds.

A beneficial bug-- if you have a status condition (poison, paralysis, etc), save the game and reload your save, the status condition will be wiped away. :)

Not a bug, but the encounter rates need to be dialed down.  I'm getting locked into back-to-back-to-back battles in grassy areas, and sometimes it's very frustrating to just try and walk.  Even turning down the frequency by about 20% would help immensely.

That's what I've found so far after only about 30 minutes of actual playtime.  This game has a ton of promise, and aesthetically, it's one of my favorite Pokemon experiences yet.

Also, give an option for windowed mode, please. :)
