part of my problem is how many issues come up at once so early in the arcade (im still stuck on night 2), with my biggest problem now still being ari's transformation. there's just too many things that line up together sometimes and too many things that are completely unexplained and unlabeled for me to strategize effectively. i'm assuming were-ari is supposed to be impossible to stop by the door as it seems to not help at all.

grab the blue orbs to prevent werewolf transformation, use the crane game in the small room on the right side of the map for the items nile wants, then pray you don't get screwed by RNG timing... if poppi talks to you at the end of the night, she'll plant a bomb somewhere that has a minigame to clear before it splodes. good luck
additionally, i've tried pre-emptively playing the crane game to get 2 or three items ahead of time but when i do i usually run into security bitch transforming by the time i can finish that and find the a blue sphere, forcing me to play the crane game and then stop to manage her transformation timer, then play the crane game again, while neglecting everything else.... also also, if maddie enters the room while in the middle of any of this i can't do shit about it
also if i have a bomb and nile demanding things at once, the time it takes me to get the object potentially makes me have to choose between the bomb exploding or nile's rage due to the incredibly short timeframe she gives you and an angle that provides poor sense of depth with some items in the crane game
on the latest upload for the windows EXE version of D.E as of the writting of this comment, not only do i seem to have a 25% crash rate on night end, victory or fail. i have noticed on 4/20 sometimes bonnie ends up in the room even with the left door closed. i closed the door, switched cam to the left hall to trigger fox sprinting and got jumpscared by bonnie.
I love what's come of the game and it's a combat system that actually requires me to think instead of just grind stats to oblivion and bad statuses and debuffs are actually meaningful. I've exclusively played your game on hard and have not found the difficulty to be obnoxiously fake from over-inflated stats or stupidly easy and the characters have depth to them. This is actually amazing for a single person or small team for two years of indie dev with crowd funding and you shouldn't beat yourself up at a about that. Story based games take a very long time to make by today's standards
