I love the art of this game. The pixel art and animation is pretty cool. I found it pretty difficult to avoid damage at all. Also, it would've been nice to have instructions for the controls especially just for keyboard. It was pretty difficult for me to pass the spikes over the falling platforms. Overall, a pretty interesting game.

This is a very interesting game. I love that you guys chose to do this smash style game. I think you nailed the basics of the game and it would obviously be cool to continue the dev. I'm not too sure how you could make it different from smash, but it w was very cool. I think the jump was a little floaty, but other than that, it was cool.

I really like the art in this game. It funny how cartoony it is and also how the enemies don't turn around when going backwards. It was really cool to find new skills when playing the game especially when in water, the mechanics completely changed. It's interesting how the only attack is to jump on the enemies. The fish that chased you though, it was weird that that one didn't work with this attack. This is definitely a fun game. However, I did find it slightly annoying that there was a long slide when dashing and landing. Also when transitioning to another page, it would be very nice to have the player pause movement until the page is completely turned. Otherwise, it was really easy to just sprint straight into lava.

I really liked the progression of the game with the additional features as you beat a boss. I did miss the ability to just have all the tools during beta testing because the gravity skill was amazing when trying to clear levels. The interface was also very cool. I liked that you could visually see all your abilities and their cooldown with the fade. The speed of the game was also very cool. One thing I did notice however was when shooting, it would pick the direction that was last moved. after a jump or an up arrow key, I would expect the shoot direction to be either left or right depending on the idle position. I guess this does add to the shooting directions, but I found it a little weird trying to kill enemies.

Overall a pretty cool game. Level 2 was a bit annoying in that I knew I had to get all the keys and they were all visible. There was no sense of mystery so it didn't spawn too much excitement. For the last level, I think there was a bug for the key collection because when bumping into the yellow, key, it would just collide and not collect the key. I couldn't get past the really big yellow door. Also I noticed that for the last level, when the camera movement was based off the player, when shooting, the camera would jitter. I assuming this was due to the camera tracker the center of the player which had the bullets as its child. Other than that, it would be nice to have health.

I'm not sure what's wrong with my game, but I couldn't figure out why the keys weren't working. I couldn't attack or throw bombs and found no way of doing anything besides being attacked without much feedback lol. The only key that did work was the 'R' to rotate. I did like the garden art though.

I really loved the art and music of this game. It was also cool to have a story and an inventory that leads to a different ending. I found it to be a slightly difficult game. It wasn't extremely clear for where I should be going and this required a little exploration which was very difficult with so many guards walking around. I guess that it makes it a more engaging game. Very cool game though.

Wow this game almost feels impossible.  The speed of the enemies is way too fast. I guess that does add to the excitement of the game though.  I think when dealing with these variables, it is very hard to find the balance of enemy difficulty and enjoyment. This definitely leans towards difficulty. It is a pretty cool idea though and a pretty cool execution of enemy AI. It might have been better if the enemy had a smaller range of sight so that it would trigger enemies less.

When running on my computer, it was running at like 10 frames per second... I guess my computer wasn't good enough for your intense game. but other than that, I think it was done pretty well. I remember in class, it was the first time I've seen a game with such good graphics. Later I learned that there were free assets on the assetstore, but it was still very cool to see and play around with. I'm not sure why, but the enemy AI seemed to not really aim correctly on my end; not too sure if this is something to do with my really slow computer though.

The graphical theme was very clear in this game. I really loved the look and feel of everything. Especially when it came to the dashing feature with the triangles. Other than that, game play was also very cool with the ability to do continuous midair battle. I unfortunately tried really hard to do this, but just ended up spamming and then falling to death. Overall, this is a very cool game.

Yeah the illustrator is pretty amazing!

Wow this is pretty cool. I love the concept of the game and how it depicts the symptoms of narcolepsy. The art is imaginative, which is complemented by the soothing background track. Overall, I think this is a winner!
