Floodlines by HydroEngineer - A tower defense style flood protection game. You've got to protect your city from historic flooding, based on real rainfall and actual events. 
Hydro Operator by HydroEngineer - You take control of the Bonneville Dam (or some others) and balance the needs of fish, electricity consumers, your equipment, and farmers. 
SkyStack by HydroEngineer My homage to Sim Tower (1994). Captures the original spirit with upgraded market mechanics
