Hi, I'm trying to understand if there's a known issue with the support system.
Over the past 3-4 years I've submitted several tickets on different occasions and never received a response beyond the automatic confirmation email. I do receive automated emails when a ticket is registered, and I also occasionally get refund request emails which I always approve — so my email communication with itch works in both directions. Only support responses never arrive.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a recommended way to ensure a ticket reaches the team?
