Hi everyone,

I've just published a  free demo of Tengu Hanafuda on itch.io and would love your feedback.

What is it?

A roguelike strategy card game built on traditional Japanese hanafuda. Trigger yaku, stack koban and mult to clear trials, then spend gold at the shrine on tengu passives, ofuda, omikuji, and the money box. Purify or expand your deck — every run plays differently.

What's in this demo?

• 1 playable character — Amamiya Sumi · Kagura Shrine Maiden

• 30 tengu (yokai passive) cards

• The full core loop: trials, scoring, shrine shop, and run progression

What's in the full game?

150+ tengu cards, multiple characters, ascension challenges, and the full collection. The complete version will be on Steam — wishlists help a lot!
