  • Zoom increment setting to set my scroll wheel to increment by 1, 5, 10.  This could even be a drop down near the zoom %, and when switching between increments round to the nearest increment, so 33 would go to 35 or 40 when zooming out.
  • The little handle on the organize node that is used to resize appearing in whichever corner my mouse is near whenever it is in the box, else default to bottom right.
  • CTRL+S just saves without dialog and CTRL+SHIFT+S saves as with dialog.
  • Just a label node that has no box or connections, basically a floating text element.

Been using this for a lot of design flows in my game and I love it, Thank you for the tool and what it does!

Would this count as the latest stable version?

You should have somewhere that explains the licensing differences. I don't want to pay $20+ dollars and find out it can't be used commercially for example. Doubt that is the case but please elaborate somewhere outside the paywall what and why it is different. Assets look great btw!

It does export to Windows and no there's no ads or microtransactions in the engine like a store or output games like admob.

Does Bitty have sqlite support? I love the engine

Will this ever be updated again

It works now, you got yourself a purchase! Yeah that build was definitely off lol

This application is nice for designing systems flows, user stories and game dialog. I hope you continue working on it and thank you for implementing the setting.

Well the full screen setting works perfect but unfortunately the rest of the application is now broken :(
The UI button elements are there from start up.
The black bar there is the right click menu

Tried this on my Linux Mint desktop and LMDE laptop.

Or maybe even just make it be a toggle to be either a layers panel, timeline or both? I'd be happy with that! Then I could have a paint layout and an animation layout.

This is my DEFACTO pixel editor now! I love it! One feedback though, can layers be it's own panel vs being apart of the animations timeline? I'd really like to move it without moving the entire animations panel. I use a LOT of layers generally

looking forward to it, thanks!

Found in your docs that it is alt+enter but that doesn't seem to work on Linux, this should definitely be a setting in your settings window vs a keyboard shortcut!

This program is pretty awesome btw!!! I want to buy the full version but I need that Windowed mode working, please :)

I am on Linux Mint 22.2 on X11 Cinnamon desktop for reference

Refuse to install unfortunately

Android version isn't compatible with my phone. It's a Pixel 9 on Android 16

It'd be nice if a future version supported debs or AppImages for Linux! They're actually pretty simple to implement at the most basic level.

Also thanks for Raylib, working on my game I've always dreamed of making!

Ah 🤣 Sometimes memes and English as a second language people can get confused. Thanks for the clarity 👍

I am going to try and take up development on this, not sure if I'll succeed but I want to focus it on Android App development.

Especially due to Android locking its platform down. What are some issues you personally would like to see fixed?

smoll should be small, I was pointing out a spelling mistake. Thanks for the tip anyway though!!

Is Tic-80 still being actively developed?

Is there a future where the desktop version can be on itch? I'd pay for a no DRM version, even if its more.

Running Steam to use dev tools is a pain, unless the steam version is also no DRM?  That's the main reason I did so little with Basic8. EDIT: Just downloaded and ran without Steam!!! We're good! I'll test it out tonight

Wow I thought this was only for like interactive book type of games reading the description but this seems much more capable and very nice to use. Like an entire node event system is great! Can't wait to see 1.0, I'll buy :)

PS. Hide the ->smoll<- "made with Whimsy" badge

Awesome! Thank you!

Linux release please? 😁

why did you spend $10 without trying the free version...... It just has less resources, perfect for testing...

I made a feature request on this too, 100% would send this tool into the next dimension!

I switched the screen to 1300x720 so that I can still see my editor while looking at the game and it didn't resize very well... Most text is barely legible. Is this template only usable at full screen 1920x1080? Or is there an easy setting to readjust? Sorry I am new-ish to GM but always wanted to make a computer based horror game :)

Linux version?

Even just one of the three would make this software so powerful (it already is after all)

I think of the 3 subtraction is the most useful, followed by union and finally difference I don't use often.

your links open my discord but do not show an invite screen or room or anything :\

Yes I use Linux Mint and I'd be happy to help!

That's awesome, I'm rooting for you! I've been searching for an easy to use modeling solution. I'm very used to Microsoft 3D builder but since I left Windows for Linux nothing really matches up.

Already really like your program, so if you need a tester for Linux let me know! I also know how to package software too. I develop myself but nothing like this or with Godot.

I am simply trying to do any of the operators with these 2 cubes, all had similar errors :(

Any chance for STL export or simple ways to measure things? This might be my 3D modeller for Linux, Boolean ops, drag and drop, naitive. Take my money :)

got it, I did not see the license file, apologies! There should probably be a note for that too, or when you remove the splash just hardcode the license instead of the trail one! Thank you for understanding!

Hello I am confused...

"Drafft 1 will remain completely free on Itch.io. If you prefer a one-time purchase model, you can continue using the Itch.io version without limitations"

Is it free or a one time purchase model?

Then the license says:

"DRAFFT IS NOT FREE.

It is a paid software. If you use it for more that 60 days you are required to purchase a license."

Which also is in direct opposition to completely free

You really shouldn't use the words "completely free" if it is just a trial. Someday I might purchase V2 but I don't want to be afraid of what anything means for monetization. Thanks for all your work and best of luck though seriously, I mean no negativity I just am confused!

You should make your 3D modeler in RPG in a box into a stand alone program someday, the one in 2.0 looks like it will be pretty awesome and cross platform. Easier said than done but just an idea :) Then call it Box in a Box to reference this post!

Right now you can only zoom out a certain amount and then it stops, if your model gets big then it feels impossible to work on. I am not sure what locking the zoom to only a certain distance benefits, unless it is a technical/performance limitation? Awesome software though and thank you for making it available for Linux!!!!

Linux support please :)

Would love to play this, unfortunately crashes when you hit "New Game" on Linux Mint 21.3 :(
