Oh, whoops! I guess I'm not used to how that option displays. Thanks

I have text speed at 10 and faster text skipping on, but it still takes forever to actually get through dialogue. It wants to appear on screen so, so, soooo much slower than I can actually read. I can't find a way to just make it appear without a bunch of pauses throughout. Like I have to press X a bunch of times for a lot of lines to get all the text to appear or I have to hold down X or some other key (I haven't figured out a key that works any better, tried like enter, space, ctrl, shift, Z etc) and it still is just glacially slow. It makes it take at least twice as long as it should to get through dialogue. It's common for me to find dialogue in RPG Maker games to be annoying to deal with, but it's not usually this much of an issue.
Am I missing something?
I'm using the free version 0.4.6 of the game with the Mac version of nwjs.
P.S. thanks for the attraction to men toggle. I respect that some people are into it but it might have made the game unplayable to me personally.
I see your previous comments about it still being in dev. I'm curious if you have a target number of chapters you intend to write or if it's just gonna be until you're satisfied. I read episodes 1 and 2 a while ago and REALLY liked them, but I've been holding off on doing 3 for so long now that at some point I will just re-read the previous ones so I can do them all together
I like it so far. Not a ton of length to judge on, but... Characters are very cute, especially Hephaestus. I like the art. Music is decent. I'd say check it out if you're looking for some trans/LGBTQIA+ comedy in your visual novel reading.
Very minor... gripes? annoyances? I don't know - what's a lesser version of those words?
Has the voice acting style where lines will often be spoken as just a few words. And it's more generic than what's written and so the same voice lines can be reused. Not a huge fan of this style, but not a big enough problem to make me disinterested.
In general, Alice in Wonderland references don't really do anything for me, but so far it's not so heavily "inspired" as to bother me. So many stories and games have gone VERY heavy on referencing it over the years so I guess I'd say I'm a little tired of it, but it's easy enough to overlook here.
Looking forward to the full version and finding out what happened to get the main character in this jam, and obviously where they go (particularly w/ Hephaestus, of course).
Just got a game over. Got back to the main menu. Pressed down, but the game sometimes takes a few seconds on a screen change before it recognizes inputs (Why though? I have a good computer). But more importantly, I accidentally selected New Game as a result. It IMMEDIATELY autosaved, overwriting my previous autosave. This was before I even selected the difficulty. Could the game not autosave right off the bat? I don't understand the point of it. Kind of frustrating.
