I like it when choices have proper weight to them, and it just felt fitting, I guess? π I'm glad you enjoyed it tho π

This was so good! I loved the fall vibes and the nostalgic feeling of the demo! I think it pairs so well with the fact that it's their last time there and adds to the bittersweetness of it. BUT I also loved the chaos, and how dynamic and expressive everything was. Especially the culmination of the pillow fight scene put the biggest smile on my face. π ALSO, the GUI looks so stylish, and the sounds are very satisfying as you click through the menus. π
Berek and Marshall were my favorites so far (the former for being cool and caring, and the latter for being pathetic lol). But I'm honestly curious to learn more about the whole group! (and some of the hints you put there left me WONDERING)
Overall, a very promising start to the story! Can't wait for scary things to start happening and for all the secrets to spill out π
Hello, I played the demo and it was a lot of fun! (I love that you added a different line for every boarded window fjsdjflsjlsd) It honestly ended too soon, I want to know more! (especially about the boys π€)(tho let it be known that I don't trust Ivan at all lol)
The sprites are very cute, I loved the humor, and I think you did a great job with the atmosphere, so I'll be looking forward to the full release ^^
(also, a small thing, but this happened with the puzzle (I was playing the version from before the latest update tho, so it might've been already patched π)

Heyyy, thank you for sharing your thoughts! I'm happy you enjoyed the game π«Ά
You're right about most things! Neither Milo nor T were ever meant to be perfect - more so, I think it's more interesting to have characters that are flawed in certain ways (like the way Milo sometimes does the opposite of what they say). And though both have their faults, in the end, I believe Q would be happy with either of them, so it's down to preference.
One thing I will say, though, I think Milo's reaction to Q's past is absolutely warranted when you consider that they didn't know what Q had been through, OR the realities of life in the Organization. And looking from an ordinary person's perspective, none of that is normal and WOULD be scary and hard to accept. (But they do accept it in the end! And that speaks about them more than their initial reaction IMO π)
I'm sorry to hear that π here's the ending guide so you can maybe get that happy ending you want
Boo! Late to the party, but finally got to play, and I enjoyed it π
You captured that fairy tale vibe with your writing and imagery without shying away from some violence and bloodiness, which I feel adds a dash of realism to the story.
I won't go into 'societal expectations for women suck' because the game illustrated that pretty well but I felt so bad for Amaia and hated every second of Azaiah on the screen lol. I DID like Happho, though, even though I was worried about her intention thanks to your trollposting (tsk tsk). The scenes at the tower with just Amaia and Happho were very cozy (and even silly at times) and felt like an escape from the oppressive world outside. I also liked how you integrated Happho's backstory into her character! It makes perfect sense and I love it when things make sense, especially in magical settings djskjdflsdjfls
The story went some places I didn't expect, and that was very neat! I was fully expecting Amaia and Caleb to run off into the distance holding hands, but I like the actual ending much better (even tho Caleb is a sweetheart). It fits the themes of the story and it's genuinely so heartwarming that's where Amaia's story ends (or starts!) (maybe there is hope for this world lol).
Overall, a lot of cool ideas in this one! I liked it a lot π
Aw, thank you! I'm good, it's just a very annoying cold haha π
Ohhhh the bakery AU idea is so cute tho! I love the concept of Wren being Milo's lab partner and June helping out at the bakery, that feels very fitting! It could be a neat setting for a slice-of-life story or maybe some kinda mystery. ^^
And I'm glad you like the drawing! ^^ I think they'd be a good fit if one of them weren't a master and there were no other circumstances getting in the way π€ (I even had some very early ideas about Milo getting together with Wren if you rejected them but those got scrapped for several reasons fkfsldkf)
Anyway, thank you for reading and take care! π«
I wanted to wait until the full release but here I am, I guess π«
Though it might've been a mistake cause I still have to wait but now I definitely want more of the story and the boys ;_; man, it's good! I love the atmosphere and the way things slowly unfold, and the writing and art are just amazing π«π Needless to say, I'm HOOKED and can't wait to see what happens with these two (I hope they smooch… ππ)
Hi, Cryptid! Thank you so much for playing and for writing out your impressions! This one has a special place in my heart so I'm happy you liked it π
I enjoyed the playthrough, as always! I especially liked the soft and sad voice you gave KyΕ«, I felt it fit his character very well. π₯Ί
TBH this story was intended as a one-shot so I don't plan to expand on it right now (even though I do have their backstory and other scenarios planned out in my head lol). But I'm glad it works, even in this format! It was one of my goals to make this game as self-contained as possible. Also, as much as I love my sad endings, I could never give them just a sad one and call it a day, that'd be too cruel dkfsfskfsdkf (conversely, giving this story only a happy ending wouldn't feel right either, so i hope i managed to strike a good balance between these two equally valid outcomes π)
Anyway, thank you again! It was a lovely read and watch! π«Ά

Thank you so much for taking the time to write it all out, it was a joy to read π₯Ίπ
I'm delighted you've picked up on so many details I put in the game and I agree with most of your criticisms. Pacing is especially something I'm working on to improve, and this is the first big thing I've ever written so 'growing pains' sums that up pretty well. π
[SPOILERS BELOW]
Re: the mysterious figure: i see you haven't gotten the S ending yet? ^^
Re: 'the informant': yes, it was supposed to be the diplomat though I guess I could've made that more clear. TBH I feel that whole subplot could've been handled better but it was the best I could do at the time without revising half of the game π
Re: Phelps/Micro: this one was set up in one of the retrospections (the one where T is jealous of Q going on a mission with Micro and not him), but i realize it's a small enough detail that you may not remember it by the time it's relevant. It's one of those things that are obvious to me as the writer but should've been communicated better for the player (but were hard to do without spoiling the surprise too early)
Anyway, thank you so much for playing! I'm positively tickled that you enjoyed it π₯°
It was so sweet! And sad! And poetic! With flowery visuals and wording! π₯ΊπΈ
I'm not religious and I've never been so I can't fully comprehend Romaine's struggles but I really feel for her. We can change a lot of what we do and how we live our lives but we have no control over who we love. And trying to go against your feelings for the sake of what you believe in seems like torture. (I'm happy there is a compromise to be found, tho! even if it's not perfect)
Also, the art is very pretty! I love the pink palette and the little roses in the menu, it's a cute detail!
