Thanks for letting us know!
We are planning a complete overhaul of the tutorial system, and potentially other systems as well. We believe these changes will resolve this issue.
In the meantime, it will remain in the game as is.
Nice work! The art is fantastic, and the gameplay is engaging. It took me a bit to figure out how the stealing works, but it’s fairly simple to get the hang of the mechanics. I played a few runs, and every time I reach the first combat with two enemies, I lose, mostly because I don’t have enough dice to make combos. Keep working on it, it has a lot of potential! And congrats on the entry! :D
Thank you! You can check out Cassidy James Blaede on unsplash.com, he’s the photographer.
One thing I noticed is that when I select the bowl it switches to the goblet.
I think the glasses provide a nice variety to the gameplay. They kinda have their tricks, like the flute, it’s tall and a bit tricky to place certain pieces. The most difficult for me was the hourglass one, it’s hard to fill it properly.
I didn’t mention it in my first comment because I couldn’t remember the name, but this game reminds me a lot of Backpack Hero (steam link). Playing it again now gave me new ideas:
These are just suggestions, so feel free to take them or leave them! I wouldn’t want to interfere with your vision for the game.
It’s fantastically done! I LOVE the UI animations, great work! As LowVoltage pointed out, it’s easy to stick to one strategy.
Some ideas that came to mind were that maybe you could show some information about the next customers so the deck could be arranged better. Also, maybe the glass layout could have some bonus tiles randomly generated to encourage a different piece placement.
Congrats on the entry! :D
Very addictive game! I had to rank higher than Fabricckk and show proof of that >:)
The game is perfect. It kinda reminds me of rhythm heaven, but without music XD
One small issue, and I think it only affects me. I love rhythm games, and I would love to play with whatever keys I want, so I can press two different keys when some citizens are too far to do a combo but too close to spam click quickly.
Congrats on the entry! :D
It’s fantastic! I love the aesthetics, great job! This game reminds me of cut the rope. I think it could also be on Android and be very entertaining. The only thing I disliked was having to redraw the whole path when I touched a black wall or when they caught me. I think some checkpoints would be great.
Congrats on the entry! :D
Very fun! And very cute :3 I love the aesthetics, fantastic work! The gameplay idea is also great. The puzzles around the geometric pieces are well designed. At one point near the end, I thought I was softlocked because the toy truck got stuck against a wall, but I was able to push it using the triangle and the circle to reach the cookie jar. Congrats on the entry!
