start, by just spamming attack, then when you defeat the first enemy, change to electric, and spam attacks again. keep electric up, and basic attacking until you defeat the dinosaur looking guy, from the overworld. then switch to ice. keep base attacking, unless you see a def up, rare, but can happen. after you beat the orb, that takes huge damage from ice, just switch back to electric, and base attack, until you beat the defender. after him, charge a max level spell, then base attack, until the adjutant throws a smoke ball looking thing at you. then go into glith form, I find I have to press z,x,up, to enter the form for some reason. but from there just spam magic attacks, until you win,

after getting all 51 stars, I walked into the salon, and it gave me the option to start the dance party quest again. upon doing so, I am now trapped there, with broken cutscenes. so I can't fight the final boss of the game, without restarting everything. if there was a way, to change where I was saved last, or a way to enter commands, to teleport to the world map, that would likely fix it.
The devs can correct me if I'm wrong. But I don't think their the game abandonment types. it seems like no matter how long it takes. Anduo puts in everything they have to make the game fit their vision. needless to say. I currently hold a lot of respect for the work they do. may third crisis never be dead.
oh, a side note, if you look at how many of an item you have. preferably something unique like 21 of a type of ore. than you can search for items. and if your not sure its actually your inventory yet. do ctrF again and search for 21 if that number is in those item id's in the quantity section, than thats likely the right spot. so now start setting all the item quantities to 9999

Use a save editor like this one, you will be able to quickly level and get all the items at least. you will have to redo the breeding and dialog over again though.
It takes some fiddling to figure out wich items in the save doc, are the ones that actually effect your inventory. but as long as you use cntF to find item, it will be ez.
I believe its the second row of numbers labled Items or inventory. GL
