On top of that this system have no problem indexing random scam or stolen projects with no problem, but when it comes to honest devs, it just stop working. You wait for months to get indexed, and then you'll get deindexed just because.

I uploaded 2 games. but after a month they are still not indexed.
The first one:

was published 34 days ago.
Second one:
https://hexela.itch.io/elder-signals
was published 31 days ago for Ludum Dare 59.
A lot of other LD59 games were idexed, so I am worried is there a problem with my account that prevent my games from being indexed. I checked all the guidelines and everything should be fine. Am I in shadowban?

I wrote to support 3 times and did not get any response.

I have a couple games waiting indexation for 7 days (a game I made some time ago) and 4 days (a game for Ludum dare 59). I undestand that indexation takes time and I don't see anything wrong with that.

However I just stumbled on a random new fake itch user, who have stolen other creator's identity and reuploaded his game on a completely new account, and got it indexed instantly.

Whats up with that, why does this happen and why does a fake user get a stolen game indexed in front of everyone in the que.
