at the beginning yes. In the first years the needs are piling up. But during play you can use 2 work dice together as a joker (to fulfill any need), and if a player misses his turn (he cannot solve any need) you permanently get a new work die.

So in the later years, you will not only fulfill the current needs, but also the needs that you couldn't do earlier :)

cześć - próbuję zrobić, mam niestety duży problem z grafikami, sposób w jaki je rysowałem sprawia, że po "odwróceniu" kolorów są okropnie nieczytelne. Jeśli mi się uda zrobić grafiki sensownie, to zrobię wersję printer friendly :)
