Update: My game has successfully been indexed. This issue is now resolved!

Hello, 

I am seeking some assistance or escalation regarding the indexing status of my project, "PyVorengi Demo". 

I have carefully read the official [Getting Indexed documentation](https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed) and the community FAQs, but I believe my page is currently stuck in the manual review backlog due to an initial configuration error on my part.

During my initial upload, I accidentally toggled the adult/NSFW tag on. I realized the mistake and deactivated the tag over a week ago, as the project is a completely safe-for-work 3D voxel engine demo. 

I opened a support ticket on July 13th (Ticket #382297) but understand the team is currently facing a heavy backlog. The project is open-source, and has already received some genuine external traffic and interest from GitHub and Reddit (specifically testing a WebAssembly/pygodide port), so I would really love to get the indexing status cleared.
