Thanks for the feedback! You're not the first one struggling with this ;) Some more playtests and we would have come up with clearer communication. But there was simply no time left :D

In "Type" you have to type the word "countdown" (letters at the bottom of the screen).

In "Press" you just use the numbers on your keyboard. Pressing 9 counts down to 8 then you have to press 8 and so on :)

Thank you for your nice feedback :) Can't play your game back cause I only have a Mac or Linux device, though :D Looks very unique :)

A fellow microwave enthusiast, I see :D Nice game ;)

Liked the art style, sound and overall simplicity of the design :) Claimed my place on the leaderboard (really nice implementation - thought about doing that but lacked the time and especially the knowledge :D) but had to admit I am really bad at visualizing/memorizing the faces.

Wasn't able to play "Hello neighbor" and feared this might be too scary for me, but enjoyed it through and through.  What a crazy good game! Took me several attempts to beat the first night only to find out I can buy upgrades and there are two even more difficult nights to survive?! The random loot locations the layout shifts for the second and third night. Insane that you managed all this (tutorial, cutscene, cohesive models, great sound design and many things more) within the time frame.  You've really outdone yourselves! :)

Thank you :)

Very unique aesthetic!

Ejoyed yours aswell thanks for the comment :)

Liked the way the levels build upon each other and each introduces a new idea. Much potential to introduce fun easter eggs, finding the perfect frame, reappearing characters, etc, etc. Enjoyed it much! :)

Thanks :)

Immediately went after the secret target, eventually got it aaand immediately clicked retry by mistake :D Very cohesive art style, enjoyed the dialogue/narrative as well :)

59.8 when the bomb explode was the best I could do :D But great game and visuals :)

Cool :) I actually might come back to that, if I'm stuck. The video seems to be a beginner friendly solution, though -  Thanks!

Thanks - leaderboard is a great suggestion! If you have advice or links to share on how to start with a leaderboard, please share! Will look at your game once I am at a pc to play - looks super polished and fun as well :)

Thanks for the feedback :) If there is time we will increase the delays after the jam is over - though I fear changing the "dodge" code. Out of all of the minigames it gave us the most headaches and the code got real messy. To be honest – I am amazed it worked in the end :D

Nice game :) The slow down timer was well executed and felt nice. Kinda hard to get the timing right, though :D

Nice animation for the plant walking :)

Satisfying to play :) I did not quite understand some of the power-ups/gameplay mechanics, though. A tutorial or description would be great!

Bookmarked this to come back later! Really intriguing concept and art! :)

Thanks for the great feedback! :) We thought about adding instructions in between - but tried to keep it as snappy as possible and in the end scratched the idea of inbetween-instructions. For the do nothing game there is a 0.5s time interval that allows to release any input bleeding from the game before,  maybe we could have increased that a bit ;)

Great art, loved the individual brabble sound and the polished portraits for each of the characters! :)

Imagine all friends share their holiday pictures with a cute little game like this :D

Bookmarked this to try it with a friend next time - crazy that you implemented multiplayer! Played it once by myself, looks and feels very polished - nice job :) Some Godot games did not work on my machine/browser (firefox) - this one was pretty smooth. If you can share tutorials/advice you followed to achieve this - that'd be great!

Just reading the title/thumbnail I expected a number heavy game mechanic and a kinda sad story. As soon as the game starts - a cute robot  that gets adressed as "ten-ten" (<3) and a overall colorful and chill vibe – instant relief :D Best narrative so far - nice voice over :)

Nice colors :) Maybe I'll give Godot a try for my next game -  also curious to see how to implement enemy pathfinding like yours - well done!

Colors, Fonts, Animations - everything fits together beautifully :)
Got this on my second playthrough - maybe a few more points are possible but phew! it gets tough pretty fast :D

:D

Thanks for the nice feedback maimaiimai :)

Thank you! This being our first game jam, I did not expect the overall feedback to be as wholesome as it is :') Got to find time somehow today to play even more games myself :D

Thanks alot :)

Had to replay several times but ultimately got it with only two seconds left. The "bug" had me several times :D Loved the touch with drawing your own assets, key bindings - everything was great :)

Enjoyed the audio and the artwork - especially the title image :)
