I want to know this to be able to read this format.

How is info.songdata structured?

I was wondering, how exactly is the .songdata file-type structured?

You're welcome. If you ever update this game in the future, I would also suggest that you make the editor less of a pain to use, such as making the timeline more navigatable. (For some reason moving through the right click and pressing space to play just plops you at the beginning of the song, which might become a pain to keep replaying the song as your level gets longer) I hope you can also do this with your next rhythm project. Perhaps once you're no longer busy with that project you could do the overhaul that the game needs?

It's a bit hard to watch the in-game cues when you are also focusing on trying to hit the notes properly as they come at you. So I can see people knowing the cue exists, but not being able to see it as they keep trying to hit the notes, or they don't know that the cue exists because they are trying to hit the notes and focusing on that rather than the background.

The reason I would like autoplay for custom maps is that the editor doesn't have the sounds that happen when you hit a note in gameplay, which causes trouble with me placing the notes too late or too early. So I would suggest you either add the hitsounds to the editor, or add an autoplay feature. It's also cool to have autoplay if someone wants to view an in-game level which is over their skill level, as you cannot view the songs that come with the game in the editor.

I think that there is still a lot of work to be done with bug fixes. There is also an improvement that I request. I request that you fix notes being out of sync with the music depending on the game's FPS. I've noticed that songs have notes out of sync but then sometimes it fixes itself and it seems that the game's FPS is affecting when the notes are played. This is a terrible design for a rhythm game and thus it would be best to fix it soon.

I think that Chapter 2's boss level is too unfair because there isn't any way to tell which note it will go to and there is almost no reaction time on most of the changes.

The only way to beat that is to just press every single key at the same time and then you'll get the right one, but then there's the problem that you have no reaction time to hit the next note, you seriously can't win here without missing multiple times unless you are a god which is unlikely, as the game is so short at this current time that you are most likely a noob throughout the whole thing unless you keep trying to get perfect scores before moving on. If you add more chapters, please have this level be replaced with something else and only have it at the end when the game is very long so that anyone who gets there is likely skilled enough to handle it.

So, I tried to make another level.

I think this one is a bit too hard for the difficulty I put the settings to say.

Nevermind, for some reason it fixed itself. Apparently, bpm changes depending on FPS, which isn't good.

Hello there, so, I've been trying to make another level but for some reason when I try playing it, all the notes are out of sync, but it looks fine in the editor.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hello there, so, I have been playing this game for a bit, and was wondering if it would be possible for you to add an autoplay feature to any levels you've already completed or for custom levels.

For custom levels, it would be useful for the creator to see how the level looks like in-game without having to play it.

So, this is my first level.

Apologies for it being a bit badly designed, it is my first level, and I had quite a lot of trouble navigating the editor.

But overall, it was a fun learning experience, I just think that the editor needs some work because I feel like making this has shaved 3 years off of my life.
