Hello,

According to your payout policy, transfers are typically completed within 10–14 days. However, it has now been 25 days, and my payout status still shows as "in review". I reached out to support 4 days ago but haven’t received any response yet.

For context, my previous withdrawal took around 19 days to process. This is my second payout request.

Could you please provide an update on the current status and let me know how long payouts are currently taking to process?
