LMAO, i get the "Would Not Reccomend" part. The point of the game, is that the OS is sh*t.

Aparently someone didnt read the FCC page. Valid headers can broadcast real information, even if the alert is over. For more info visit:  https://www.fcc.gov/enforcement/areas/misuse-eas-sound

Thats basicly how it works, but if it WAS valid headers, your phone/TV Box and others around it would boradcast it.
