I'm a programmer and I wanna build my portfolio and would like an artist to help me. You'd also be building your portfolio so it's a win-win situation.

The idea here is making more finished games to have on my portfolio and yours too. And maybe also making websites for the portfolios

I have a plan to do this and if you want more information about it, ask in my DMs. Also maybe tell me a bit about yourself.
