(in the past people also had more trouble downloading through the itch app than browser)

Yeah, I am not able to do it as things stand.

People have emulated it on Android using winlator, but it is not plug and play.

I tested and only the installer version gets the false positive. I removed it to stop the confusion.

The zip version gets zero positives.

These are not reliable for programs that are not by registered vendors. You will often get a couple of false positives out of 71.

I'd be pretty dumb to post malware attached to the online identity I make a living from, as well as a Patreon with my real ID etc. But if you don't want to risk it, fair enough.

That is correct.
There are basically 2 frames of "perfects". One keeps the exact pace and one slows down a bit.

You are not meant to get them every time, it just incentivizes you to maintain a steady rhythm for a bit until it is time to change. If you could speed up while still scoring them, that would seem like the "correct" way to play (it would not be)

There was a bug that let you progress without entering a name, which crashed it when it tried to write it. Sorry.
It is be fixed now and should fix your save by giving you the name Paul when you load it.

Yeah, she is standing in for the stuff you have to cath in the world to trigger depending on dates and your stats.

She can be in front of the night club on weekend nights and you need high WIL to access her story.

(Cheese strat: If you're low on time you can lower the difficulty to pass her dialogue checks with lower WIL, then raise it back)

If you mean as the playable character, that would be very difficult for a solo dev.
That would be more likely to appear in the Commissions Launcher. Last round added lesbians with strap-ons and double dildos, if that scratches the itch at all.

That's the first I've heard of someone not being able to save. I imagine it has to do with not allowing the game to create new files on your PC.

Yeah, that is a possibility with the installer verison for game maker games and there seems to be no free solution to eliminate it. (You have to pay to get an exe authenticated as safe to avoid tripping these flags)

I'd recommend downloading the zip version, that should correctly scan as safe.

Yeah, I'm an artist and also wrote all the code, but I need to commission audio, which is why there is less of it.

It only says "version 2" on the exe because the previous release didn't have a zip version. The current zip and exe are the same build.

Yeah, I'm working on making it more accessible for the inflow of new players.

The visuals/sound might also imply that perfects are more important than they are. It's not that big of a multiplier.

Yeah, the main thing to change when I get the chance for the next update will be to teach the mechanics better and make the early game easyer.

I made a poll on the discord and 22% had trouble with the tutorial which is obvously too much.

Until then, you might enjoy the Commissions Launcher, which has autoplay available from the start and lets you view more content without needing to clear anything.

The game does have a custom font, but I only get the "changes to your computer" warning if I go through the Itch app.

Conveying the mechanics better and an easyer start are definetly the first things I'll focus on for the next update.

Based on your description sounds like you might need to speed up. (Tap early a couple of times, then get back to tapping "on time" at this faster rythm.)

Unfortunetly, translation would be a lot harder than throwing into a translator. I made a custom 8 pixel tall font for the game in order to fit the text, and there is no Chinese font that small, because the letters are more complex.
