You didn't stuck really. You've cleared only the first point of the route - need to press PageUp to switch to the next one (or PageDown to switch to the previous).

You can stop mission at any moment (without loss of score), from pause menu - just press Esc.
Or, flight is finished when time is over (see countdown on top of the screen).
