This is really fun, and a very creative core mechanic for this kind of game. I really like the idea of drawing shapes to create an attack, it would be fun if there were more attacks that  required different shapes. The maximum length of the first attack did make it a bit difficult to use the circle attack, and it was a little picky about what actually counted as a circle. I also found it very hard to actually defeat the first few enemies and ended up taking a good amount of damage at the start, although that might have just been me being bad at the game lol.

I am very bad at this game but I eventually was able to beat both levels. I really like the game. The art and music are really nice and I think the two handed gameplay is interesting. I struggled a lot trying to use both hands at once though lol.

I had a lot of fun with this game! The gameplay is really fast and fun, and the art looks great. I was able to beat the game despite being very bad at it lol.

This was so good! The story was so well told and the visuals were amazing. This is one of my favorite entries so far.

Really well done! Great atmosphere and a really good job of building tension for a short game.

Really great game! The art, music, and sounds are all amazing. The gameplay is really fun and feels great. My only complaint is that often the enemy and the player will both die on collision, which can be pretty frustrating.

This is a really cool idea! I wish there was a tutorial, it's a bit confusing when you first jump into it. I also think there may be a bug where the warning never goes away, although I may also be misunderstanding something. The visuals and audio are really nice!

There's a lot of polish and the visuals and audio are really nice! I really like the way you remixed the typical lives mechanic into more of a timer. I feel like the game is quite difficult early on though. Level 2 felt very hard to me. I think the punishment for dying is a bit too harsh when there's already a time limit. It's especially frustrating towards the end of level 2 as it wasn't entirely clear where I needed to go.

I managed to get to the top of the leaderboard although I never fully understood what I was doing. I like the visuals and the concept for the game but it felt a bit like how well you do is more due to luck than skill. Also I think some popping sounds would really elevate the feel of the game.

This was a fun little game! I really like the mechanics and it provided a good challenge. I do think it can be a bit frustrating at times though. I think if the player fell a bit slower it would make it feel a little less punishing to miss click.

I think this is an interesting idea but I think the mechanics are lacking a lot of polish. The movement feels a bit clunky and it can be easy to get stuck. Shocking the fish can sometimes soft lock you, requiring you to restart the game. There also seems to be a bug where the walls are not visible after the first level, making it much more difficult to navigate.

This is a fun concept but there are some bugs that ruin the experience unfortunately. I believe the audio for the lights turning off is set to loop, so the game constantly makes a loud thumping noise after the lights go out for the first time. Also, the nuclear button seems to not work at all.

This is great! The art, sounds, and music are all really nice. The gameplay is really creative and very fun, even if I'm pretty bad at it lol. This is my favorite game of the jam so far, great job!

I like the idea for the game but I found it to be very easy. On the later waves it's actually quite difficult to lose intentionally. I think the humans should die quicker and be able to overlap so that they die more quickly. As it is currently, it takes a very long time to kill more than a few of them. I also think it would be nice if you could pick up the currency around the map so that there was a bit more to do without the abilities. If you decide to continue developing the game it would also be nice to procedurally generate the map. It would give a lot more variety to each run.

I really like that there is an actual online scoreboard. I think it would be fun to see that at the end of each run.

I really like the idea for the game, but it's very difficult. I would definitely recommend putting some controls in the description at least. I also think you could start the game off with less enemies around the player so that it's a bit less punishing to start.

The art is really nice and I like the gameplay a lot. I think an indicator for where the first spell spawns would help make the beginning a little less challenging.

I’ve noticed recently that people will often submit their old games to Game Jams. I think it would be a useful feature if Jam creators were able to only allow games that were created during the submission period.

This was so good! The art, sounds, music, and the gameplay are all great. This was a great short experience.

This was really fun! I think a short tutorial could be helpful, as I didn't initially understand what the goal was, but once I got it I really enjoyed it. I'd love to see this idea expanded on in the future.

I really like the art for this and the level changing seasons was a really good idea. I think some gameplay differences between the seasons could be really fun, like slippery ice in winter.

Thank you! Unfortunately I had to rush out the game as I was unable to work on it for the last day so things like the pause menu had to be left out.

not sure if I'm doing something wrong but the majority of the time I immediately land on the first obstacle when starting. on the few occasions I can actually play, it moves too fast to react to the obstacles and I end up just constantly jumping. some quick fixes could be setting the start button to something other than jump and slowing down the run speed a bit.

really good twist on the theme. the writing and music are amazing! I think it would be really fun if there were simple minigame sections during different actions you take, like making the hot chocolate or choosing certain words in the poems/letters you write. definitely planning to check out some of your other work :)

Really cool atmosphere. Well done!
