Like many others we are waiting for indexing for some weeks now. I believe we do fulfill all the requirements and it's probably rather a matter of a packed queue. Nonetheless, I wanted to try and reach out and see if anything else might be halting the process.
I have also contacted support approximately 2 weeks ago, but with no response yet whatsoever.
