It is probably order in which items move from "new crossings". If I remember correctly, it was top->right->bottom->left.
In mirror setups "first" item probably just goes through a different "exit".

There is an area rebuild tool on the bottom tools section :)

About boost, in general there will be powerful combos that really boost things, so that initial upgrade is just one thing.

Can you tell me more about use a saved blueprint image issue? I quite didn't understand.

Save slots work okay now :) 

Just noticed it and fixing it right now. Should be okay within next 15 min :) (No need to do anything, it was server side issue)

I have an html game and a site where that game is hosted. (example.com).
Would it be okay to upload only index.html and direct user to example.com.

As html games run in iframe here, user would not really notice it, but technically user is routed to different domain (from itch io "assets site" to game URL.)
