I have 5 biig bolts and one small bolt so which one is it?

Now I've got the 6 sockets, am able to use them with rooter but can't find out which is the right one

True, I've gotten the bolts and am now stuck in the hallway and have moved the cart

ok I 've goten the bolt heads, now what?

actually I'm still stuck at the crates

I can't seem to move or get past the crates  in the supply room

Can you tell me what to do in the supply room with the crates cause I've tried putting rooter on the shelf but it won't work-ace just takes tis head off
