Thank you so much for playing the game! And I appreciate your feedback so, so much too!

Totally hear you, I am in the middle of cleaning up UI so it is easier to deal with the clues! The idea is to combine clues together until you uncover the Motive, Ability, and Excuse the perpetrator had when committed their crime

Well, now I simply have to dive into the history of the avant-garde of a pre-WWII era! 😅

Absolute joy. Puzzles are amazing and I felt very proud when found a solution. Especially love the gradual increase of complexity and the fact that knowledge acquired in previous rooms while not strictly required, can be of help. This helps with imagining the world of the game as well as unlocking more sophisticated puzzles. Art is charming, clean, and beautiful! Very well done!

I did have a problem with the second room and am still not sure about the answer. Don't want to leave spoilers here so please hit me on Discord when you have a chance

Amazing experience! The suffocating feeling of a closed space and mounting anxiety, amplified by the oxygen level constantly going down... It is a very atmospheric experience. Loved the puzzle too. I wasn't sure what the fault tolerance for the winning condition was and was so happy that 11m off the spot was accepted! Only after that could I finally exhale in relief!

I also appreciated the little details: books as buttons or the sign "made for Thinky Games jam"! I think the instructions on the wall were a nice touch as well. I didn't notice them right away but the space is small so I saw them very soon. Combined with the game description it gave me a clear picture of the objective of the game.

Would be curious to hear if you plan on expanding the prototype to the full game? If so, what would be the strategy for scaling the core mechanics? Different levels with increasing complexity by adding more moving parts? Or expanding the narrative?

Another question is how to keep the pressure on players as every new won level will probably make them feel more confident.

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful art and a warm vibe! The clever puzzle kept me engaged for a long while. Would love to see the expanded version of the game!

This is super helpful! Thank you so much! 🙏

Thank you so much for playing and thoughtful feedback! 🙏

Fun art direction and I got to the Good ending! But, to be honest, not sure why the solution is that one

I really like the core loop: collecting clues from dialogues and eavesdropping on guests! The goodwill indicator is super helpful: it keeps me from brute-forcing the dialogue options and nudges me to plan my steps carefully.

Clues around are not highlighted as something I can pick up, I am a bit conflicted about this, to be honest. On one hand, it motivates me to engage with the environment more, for sure. On the other, I find myself walking around every couch and pressing Space in the hope it's a clue. However, some of them are distinguishable from the surroundings and when you pick them up it sparks that joyful moment "Aha! I knew it!".

Dialogues are fantastic and immerse me in the atmosphere of high society, intrigues, and gossip. However, I often notice myself completely forgetting what responses were after the dialogue is done. Might just be my weak memory but maybe a log or journal of sorts could be helpful to reference back?

The Lady in a Rabbit mask's portrait is gorgeous! Overall art direction is very well-chosen I think!

And lastly, I appreciate the sense of intrigue and mystery in this game! Thank you for crafting it!

Wow! Absolutely amazing! This is my first time playing a game made on Google Slides and once again it proves that no engine defines a great experience! Very interesting story and an engaging puzzle!

I love this!! Simple but elegant and fun! I can see how this can be turned into a party or online multiplayer version, where you compete with friends on the best summation! Oh, also maybe adding a timer could be a useful feature?
