I posted some comments about this game around a month ago and its amazing how far its come (even though a month is a lot of time). all of the exp and credit scaling felt massively balanced, shield and hull felt better, fuel became relevant, the graphics and UI look better, the story is cool, I could go on for a long time! I wasn't able to find any bugs in the two or three runs I did, and Im grateful to the respawn and leveling changes they really make me want to continue playing more than one continuous run. I cant really express how much I enjoy playing this game even though its so simple, and I'll definitely be opening a steam account to support the full release. thank you so much for making this!

(also love how it works perfectly on Chromebooks I've had quite  few performance issues with any sort of project on them before but not this one!)

I had a really great time playing this! The gameplay was simple and easy to pick up, but felt a little boring after the first two or three rooms. I would love to see this expanded upon (cause its so cool), and if your open to suggestions I had a couple ideas:

You could make it so that there is different room layouts! I think even just two or three more layouts would add a lot of content immediately (especially if they had a second floor?)

Make it so that theres more than one alien species and that sometimes the human comes in for a room instead. just the alien coming (and having the same requirements on the furniture) made it so that every layout felt exactly the same except for adding new furniture three or four times.

Add some more furniture! the ones you made are so cool right now, and if you ever wanted to add more I think it would be really fun to work towards more options or variations, the way you did this with the couch variants was something I enjoyed a lot. and if you dont feel like adding new stuff entirely or over adding maybe just make exclusive skins for levels completed, overall designer rating, or maybe timed set ups.

just some thoughts, really great game so far though!

Hey! this is a really fun game, lots of great potential :)

.i looked through the comments and saw most of the stuff about progression covered, but during my 4th run I died in sector 16 and every time I died after that I would respawn in sector 16. this made it pretty unplayable as starting in sector 16 with no abilities or credits or anything and then being forced to go against 3-9 enemies was basically impossible. not sure if this is intentional, but if it is I have a few ideas?

1.  maybe make it so that when you die you have to go back a few sectors instead so that its slightly easier for people who have pushed farther

2. maybe add a type respawn store with a couple of cheap arguments or drones so that starting in the higher sectors isn't such a pain?

great game though overall and I've had a ton of fun playing it!

-edit-

one thing I forgot was that imo the elite sector poi were harder than the final bosses of the sectors, leading to my eventual demise in sector 16. might have just been my build but after trying to go for them on my other runs and dying it was fairly quickly de-incentivised going toward them. it was fun trying out new builds to try to beat them at first, but I'm not sure if the difficulty on those scales properly at the beginning.
