So if I'm understanding this correctly, in order to get the actual game and not just the "public" version (which is basically the Safe for work Demo that was already available for FREE before this)  I needed to have supported the production months in advance to get an access key. Even though I have now payed for this game, I will have to wait even longer to play the game so I don't have to backtrack through the whole demo just so I can experience the game as it is supposed to . I REALLY hope  that this either gets patched soon or something, because I think it is ridiculous that  I payed to get the Demo+ version of this game . Discount or not, I payed for this game and I'd like to play it. At the very least, the way that this was promoted was misleading  about what was  for sell. 

The option would be good, though I might be showing bias 

I like the story, but is there a way to get updates without having to go through the whole story every update. the save files never work
