Super cool concept, putting the instability directly on your inputs instead of the gameplay! I think it would be nice if the keys popped out in a more regular manner, like if there was a meter telling you when to anticipate the keys popping out. Also it'd be cool if the keys you still have in place keep working even if the other keys are floating around. Nice job!

Heya! I like the interpretation of the theme, and cool story idea! I would suggest with this style of game, try to include some more imagery alongside the text to make the game more immersive, or add some more gameplay alongside the story beats. The little desk area was very cool, it could have been interesting to have the monitors integrated into the desk more solidly so that the desk doesn't feel as off to the side, but instead where the player is actively stationed. The text effects, while kinda cool, were tiring for the eyes pretty quickly, so I'd change that a bit. Also, very important, please proofread your text to make sure it makes sense, or have someone else proofread for you! With large sections of text like this, typos can be very distracting for the player, and there were many throughout the story that made the narrative less impactful, including a couple times where I could not understand what was actually being said. Overall, cool concept, would love to see it a bit more polished!
Super cool aesthetic! The ASCII 3D style fit super well with the other narrative and visual elements, I liked it a ton. A couple of small details: I would have liked some sort of indication that the SYSTEM ERROR ending was not just a Game Over screen, as I got there twice wondering what I did wrong before realizing that it was basically the low corruption ending (unless I'm wrong about this, in which case my apologies). I also noticed a strange interaction where if you get too close to any walls, the direction you're facing can get flipped weirdly, which tripped me up a bit on my first few playthroughs where I got lost a little since I started walking backwards. Maybe that's intended, but it'd be nice if that was made clearer with some other visual/auditory indication. Overall though, very well done! So looking forward to seeing where you go with it in the post-jam version!
I got to the end!! The last 30 seconds are so hectic; you have to do a specific sort of process with the three main options + using a Heal and 2xPet whenever you can just to survive, and I still had to redo that last section many times with multiple 2:2x endings until I realized just how integral the Heal is there.
Overall, super fun, especially once you get into the groove of things. Quiz is a very fitting song for the main gameplay, but I would've loved if there was some original music. Initially felt like I was pressing buttons at random a bit, but that faded once I took a few tries to really check what the buttons did and experiment. By the end, I had a good handle on what each button would do, and could adjust accordingly. I think it would've been cool if each/some of the buttons were instead an action the player has to do (like dragging the food to the slime, moving the toy around above the slime to play with it, or maybe click-dragging on the slime to pet it) to add more gameplay variety. The safety bars decreasing in size is a super fun way of ramping the difficulty, and makes the last minute or so far more frenzied while not feeling completely unmanageable, so fantastic job on that. Also, small note, the settings menu probably doesn't need an "Apply" button given how simple it is; I initially thought the volume settings were broken at first before I realized I had to apply my changes. Super cool game, and thank you for the challenge! :)

I liked the art style you implemented in the backgrounds and in most of the minigames! If there's a way to save the ship, it'd be nice if it were made a little clearer to the player or easier to do so; I didn't end up being able to do it. If there wasn't a way to save the ship, I think it'd be cool to add one!
I really liked the whole style of the game! The minimal audio was very well done. The arcade mode was quite tough with the limited lives, so I was glad to have the option for free play to try out all of the levels. Even so, the difficulty was quite high, but I had a ton of fun with it anyway. Congrats on your first game, great job!
