Yeah the team is built from scratch, so it does take skill to not crash and burn as any experienced jammer knows. But I just love doing that, more challenging, meeting more talented people and better work conditions overall. Delegating more and focusing on what actually matters (which is ...focusing on actual the game) through harmonizing individual contributions and departments.
Aha yeah, it's a jam so being forgiving is mandatory (there is actually quite a few tricks that make the game easier hidden in there). Thanks a lot for the feedback. If you're interested we actually created a twitter page for anyone that wants to get updates on the potential future of this game.

The main design problem is that i just have to be slower on purpose on the first 7 runs and ill win (which is both tedious and not actually challenging ?). But the real problem is the way you setup the camera, it makes turning with the car a nightmare. But it works i didnt get out of the man (inability to reverse tho makes being stuck into walls a bit weird, but at least there is the ability to somehow slide against the wall to escap) and the track design in itself is pretty decent. Good effort.
Really cool idea but it's tilting me, that corner on level 3 i just cant pass and the time and patience it take to reach it is not worth it to try it a 45th time :p Come on its my first time taking turns going up and down dont make the corner super sharp and tight T_T whyyy is it designed to be pointy, this is madnesss
The subtlety of the main menu tutorial and initial on ramp is top notch tho, simple and clever to make the man menu a tutorial in itself
Graphically the part in space is great ! (the planets and suns especially) The picture for the game is RAD. The idea of the game (the increase in size) is quite badly conveyed on the early levels tho. Doesnt feel consistent and its a stretch. I only started to understand when the buildings showed up (and that specific level feels very inconsistent art wise, in terms of background pattern)
Decent job. Honestly the mechanic isn't too bad. This game could be pretty fun if it didn't have terrible controls. You really need to work on WASD with C as the main mechanic makes no sense. You need to think more about which key to use and why, what will feel good and practical to the player. Anyway your game much more fun that I would have expected. Nice.
