Hello support team,
I'm trying to contact itch.io support, but the e-mail they provide (support@itch.io) bounces back and says it's not a valid e-mail.
I’m contacting you regarding my recent purchase of the GameDev Mega Bundle for $19.95.
I made a mistake during the purchase and accidentally bought the bundle with 17 items, while I actually intended to purchase the bundle with 32 items. I selected the wrong bundle by error.
Because of this mistake, I would like to request a refund for this purchase.
Please let me know the next steps to proceed with the refund.
