Yeah, that's totally fair and we realized that as well. The idea was that you had a limited number of launches so that you would want to make the most of every launch regardless of whether you finished building your ship. The problem is that we gave 30 launches, which is wayyy more than you need lol.

Thanks for playing though, hope you enjoyed!

This is crazy impressive, i don't know how you pulled all this off in 96 hours! Well done!!! Its so accurate that I felt uncomfortable clicking on the links and whatnot haha.

gahhhhh this is amazing. such a great take on the theme!! The puzzles are really well designed, and all the art/music is really solid. Really well done!!

DLC TOMORROW!!!!

really cool interpretation of the theme! Im always so impressed by puzzle games in game jams, i dont know how you can think of these in such little time.. Well done!!!

this game is super fun. I think you already know the game isn't very hard, but i had a really great time regardless. The driving is really well done, i love how insanely fast the car went. I was just flying around and jumping over trees lmaoo

Also I like how you did the mini map hehe, pretty clever.

Really nice job overall, well done!

really cool game concept! i was skepticle at first on how it fit the theme and then very quickly figured it out when the world started falling apart LOL
well done!

thanks so much!!

Watching a streamer playing this right now and had to come and check it out. The dialogue is so hilarious, I love the game idea. You get my seal of approval from a real pilot haha. All 5s!

Thanks for playing, we appreciate the feedback!

It's intentionally difficult to control your ship in the early gameplay, and as you unlock more parts, options open up. It definitely requires some creativity though! A bit more explanation/intention in the map design would be our next focus if we continue developing for sure. Feel free to checkout the description for the game, it has some example designs on how to achieve movement in 2 ways and how they could potentially be improved.

thanks!!! We had so many ideas for other ship parts, and even planned multiple asteroid rings that you'd progress through. It's a gamjam though of course so we had to compromise. Might be continuing on this in the future though!

Out of curiosity btw, did you end up breaking through the asteroid ring with a gun, or did it naturally open up? It's not meant to move but pretty rarely 2 asteroids clip into each other and explode it open lmao

Love this! Super polished art style and the gameplay is very addictive. Very fun concept and great take on the theme. Well done:D

Really nice work!! I got really into speedrunning it and trying to run through while avoiding all enemies lol.
Level design and artwork are really nice! This is a lot of work for one weekend :0

Nice work!! I really like the art, felt very satisfying. I like the vampire interpretation of the theme lol

Interesting concept, nice work!

Thanks, glad you enjoyed!! I love the term KSP-light haha

Wow this is very impressive for 96 hours, nice job! There is so much depth.

Nice work! Would love to see more :)

Love the sprites haha, very funny.

Very cool animation!

Haha that is how it starts. You can get pretty maneuverable pretty quickly if you are clever :D

I'm so glad you enjoyed it!!

The beginning is hard by design;  we wanted the player to get more and more maneuverable as they get more parts. I definitely wish we made it clearer that right-click is what rotates components though...

A counter for glorbos killed is a greaty idea haha. Also yea i was aware of that thruster bug, didn't have quite enough time fix it sadly.

Thanks for playing!!

It's definitely a challenging game, but you can actually make a ship that's pretty maneuverable if you place the thrusters well! I just updated our page to include example ship designs.  :)

About rotating: yeah, I really wish we put something to explicitly mention that. It's also in the description now, so hopefully that helps in the future.

Thanks for playing!!!

Thanks for playing! That game was definitely an inspiration :)

We are name neighbors haha. Cool game! Juan is unbothered lol

We are name neighbors haha. Cool game! Juan is unbothered lol
EDIT: Oh shoot i dont know if it shows my game, I worked on "Blast Minute LAUNCH"

Very impressive for 96 hours! This was really well done, I like the art style a lot. Would love to see you guys expand on this!

Wow, this is crazy impressive for  96 hours! It's a clever well polished complete experience. Great work!

Glad you enjoyed it :D

For the salad game, the objective is to actually just spin the spoon in a circle X amount of times. It does say in the beginning "Spin in a circle", but we have noticed many people thinking you need to remove all the veggies. Some more clear instructions would definitely be our next step haha. Thanks for the feedback!! Loved your game as well btw :)

Cool game! Nice take on the theme, well executed little game. Very enjoyable to see how far u could get!

amazing!!!

I am in shock at how incredible this game is. EASILY 5 stars across the board. This is my favorite game from any jam i've ever been a part of. The entire experince is so polished, the level design is so clever and well thought out. The art is adorable, the sounds complement everything perfectly. The fact that you even have a complete story that calls back to the beginning is crazy. If this isn't featured in Mark's video is a genuine crime.

Please expand this into a full game, I really think you have something special. Well done!!!!

I really like this take on the theme. I've seena lot of submissions where you replay the same level, but I think this is the most creative one i've seen. Nice job on the puzzles, they were very satisfying to solve. Great work :D

Omg thank you so muchh. I'm not even kidding I was just about to play your game when I got this notification! Glad you liked it, I'll go check out yours now :3

Really clever take on the theme! I love word ladders so this was really fun. Good work. :)

I'm terrible at this haha, but i think its pretty impressive for not having much time. Nice work!

Very creative! I got stuck on level 7 as well unfortunately, but really enjoyed all the levels before! Could definitely expand on this more. The music was pretty awesome too.

Very fun and challenging! Impressive how long the course was in the time of the jam. Nice work :)

Aw man I'm sorry to hear :( Have you been able to get other windows downloads working? Sometimes it's your virus protection preventing it.

Thanks :)) For the salad minigame, the objective is not to get all the vegetables out of the bowl.  You need to spin the spoon in a circle a certain amount of times. It makes  a sound after you complete each circle.
