Set sail in a persistent online trading world set between 1880 and 1920. Start with a small steamship, trade goods between historic ports, plan profitable routes and gradually build your own international shipping company.

Every port has its own economy, with different goods, prices and demand. Expand your fleet, establish trading offices and make strategic decisions as the world economy continues to develop around you.

You can play directly through the website or download the dedicated Windows client.

The first public Pre-Alpha version is now available. Many features are still in development, so feedback, ideas and bug reports are very welcome!

In this topic, we will regularly share updates about the current development progress of Global Fleet & Trade.

You can ask questions about new features and provide direct feedback on recent changes.

Feedback on the following points is especially helpful:

  • Is the game easy to understand and use?
  • Is the information easy to read?
  • Are the game pages clear and well organised?
  • Are prices, travel times, and rewards understandable?
  • Which feature should be improved next?

Your feedback helps us decide which development steps should receive priority.

Have you discovered a bug, or is something not working as expected?

You can report the problem here.

Please include the following information whenever possible:

  • What were you trying to do?
  • What happened instead?
  • On which game page did the problem occur?
  • Which browser and operating system are you using?
  • Can the problem be reproduced?
  • Is there an error message or screenshot?

The more detailed your description is, the easier it will be to investigate the problem.

Here you can discuss trade routes, prices, ships, and economic strategies.

Which goods generate the best profits? Which ports make good starting locations? Should you invest first in a larger ship, a trading office, or new port licences?

Share your experiences with other shipping company owners and discuss different strategies.

Please keep in mind that prices and economic conditions may still change during development.

What kinds of stories and contracts should players encounter in the world of Global Fleet & Trade?

  • profession or social position

Global Fleet & Trade is a maritime trading and shipping company simulation set during the age of steamships between 1880 and 1920. You begin with a small company, your first ship, and limited capital. Through clever trading, careful route planning, and the expansion of your fleet, you can gradually build one of the world’s most important trading empires.

The game is currently still in an early stage of development. Many core systems are already available, while others will be added, improved, and developed further together with the community.
