It's a fair point, definitely an overused trope at this point. Was definitely playing into that factor, but I can see how it robs mystique about what is going on. In one of the future instalments, when you learn more about the cult, you should see some changes there.

Hey thanks for playing! As for "payload.exe", The game deployment was scanned and reported as clean. If you still don't trust it, I believe it can be safety removed without interfering with the game (as it seems to be used only for web deployment purposes).
