It's been 20 days and my comment still hasn't been approved. If I want to contact a user to commission a job, there's no chat. I created the account specifically to interact with a user.

Hello,
My comment has been stuck on “Awaiting moderator approval” for 7 days.
I already contacted support from the email linked to my itch.io account and received Ticket ID 354348, but I have not received any reply yet.
Could a moderator please forward my ticket to the admins or check if there is an issue with my account?
