Maybe I just missed it but maybe add a warning somewhere explaining you can go through walls. Spent some time stuck at home because of this!

Thanks! A few comments to your issues:
Red Blood Cells only drop money after they evolve to level 2 (out of 3). For that to happen you need to keep them alive for long enough. There is a Game Over state now when they all die, give it a try! And finally, the game should also be easier now. Honeslty didn't expect anyone to play this so soon so I kept the difficulty I'm used to. There was also an issue making the game harder than it usually is lol
EDIT: realized now it is still very hard, gonna rebalance!
