I am looking to form a team to create a 3D exploration game about trying to make your way through a strange building to find an angel. Along the way you will occasionally encounter strange and sometimes dangerous creatures, some of which appear to have disguised themselves as objects from our world such as balloons. 

I have 2 years' worth of experience participating in game jams, have made multiple GDDs, drawn out line level designs, helped create five games, two of which I was the director of.

One of the games I was the director and writer of was Neighborhood Nightmares, an entry for the 2024 Liminal Game Jam.

I'm a practicing game director with 2 years of experience working in game jams as both a team member and a director. I can write, design levels on paper or any software that allows drawing, create GDDs, and organize tasks. I intend to make a game about eternal paradise and the horrors of comprehending living for an eternity. It would be a 3D game with positive imagery such as bright green fields of grass, waterfalls, and the sun shining bright overhead.

I plan to work in Unity but am flexible to using different game engines to suit the needs of the team.

This is a very fun game. I love the creativity of different radio channels giving you different abilities. I also really like the graphics. The controls feel mostly smooth, the only problem is the camera movement feels too slow, making you have to pause and slowly turn your camera to see where you're going next. Other than that, this is a great game.

I couldn't get past the main menu. I pressed start and after a few seconds of staying frozen on that screen, the game crashed.

Me and my team are looking for someone with experience programming in Unity to help us put our game together.

What I am looking for.

A programmer with a decent understanding of and experience in working with unity.

An asset creator who works in unity and can create or has access to assets like houses and white picket fences.

A musician who can create music that feels familiar and welcoming like something from a memory but also gives the listener a subtle feeling of discomfort or unease.

A sound designer who can create fitting atmospheric ambience for indoor and outdoor areas as well as create eerie sounds (creaking doors, heavy footsteps, creepy wind sounds, etc). 

A concept artist who can translate words and ideas into images that can provide the team with clear visuals to work off of.
