So far, LLM assisted programming has been a very standard practice in the game engineering field. So I don't see a reason to prevent it here.
Of course, Jams are a way to practice, and learn, so I invite you to use it as an aid, and not a crutch. But to each their own.

Happy Jamming Everyone!
We understand that not everyone comes to ASJ with a premade group so we've decided to put together this form to help everyone connected with some awesome people! This form is for everyone, whether you just started game development or have been doing it for years.
The groups will be curated by DawsDoesDev based on area of expertise and experience level. Our goal is to get those with lower experience connected with higher experienced developers to create learning opportunities and lasting professional relationships!
The deadline for this form is Thursday, November 7, 2024 5:00 PM and we will announce the groups the morning of the jam so you'll have some time to meet with each other before everything starts!
