Hey everyone! 👋
I'm a solo indie dev and I recently launched my very first incremental/clicker game in Early Access. I just pushed a massive v0.2 update today, and I'd love to share it with this community and hear your thoughts.
💻 What is CYBER//GRIND? It's a cyberpunk-themed incremental simulator built with Godot. You start as a script kiddie doing manual hacks, and slowly build an automated bot network to break into megacorps. The twist? The UI is entirely diegetic: your buildings and menus are literally part of the neon city skyline. It also features an original 11-track synthwave OST to fuel your "hacking" sessions.

✨ What's new in the v0.2 Update? Thanks to early feedback, I focused entirely on readability and immersion:
- Diegetic Main Menu: The PLAY, OPTIONS, and QUIT buttons are now massive neon buildings integrated directly into the city horizon.
- Progressive Reveal: To avoid overwhelming new players, the UI now hides advanced buildings until you actually have the credits to afford them.
- Crisp Pixel-Perfect Font: Switched the entire game to DotGothic16 with a robust fallback system so the text looks incredibly sharp in the browser.
You can play it for free right now directly in your browser: 🔗 https://gdel.itch.io/cybergrind
I am actively balancing the early-game pacing right now. If you have a few minutes to play, I would absolutely love to know how long it took you to reach your first Prestige, and if the pricing feels right to you!
Thanks for reading, and happy hacking! 🌐
