I liked it quite a bit. It feels like that one stardew valley minigame. There's some feedback I'd like to give, maybe for your future projects.
One thing that stands out is the different pixel sizes of each sprites, specially between the dragon and the enemies. Making it so that all assets have the same "resolution" so to speak would make the game feel more polished.
The audio and music is pretty good, one of the highs of the game for sure.
Another thing that could potentially make the game feel more polished is adding screenshake, but not everyone is a fan of that, so it depends.
Overall, I feel like the game has lots of potential to be polished. Good job!! :D
I liked this one, but I have a couple pieces of feedback to give:
One would be to make it so that branches kill you one step later, I don't know why, but I felt like they were killing me before touching the character? Maybe it's just a me thing, but it felt weird.
Another would be to make it so that there's a delay to accept player input when a shop appears, I found myself buying stuff on accident a few times.
Overall, good job, it's a pretty cool little game!! :D
This game surprised me a lot, it's very polished. It took me a bit to figure out that there was a perk menu and such, but honestly, with enough content this game could even be sold on steam!!
One piece of feedback I'd give is make it so that you can skip the mask animations by clicking or something. But, it's very minor feedback. And also, maybe a tutorial could be nice?
Overall, incredible job!! I liked it a lot!! :D
Very, very good! I liked the gameplay loop, even if it was a bit hard to grasp how it works at the beginning. The tutorial worked for me, it made it 'click'. I can see myself playing this a lot more with additional content. The pixel art and music are great!! Overall, incredible job, I liked this one a lot!! :D
This game has a lot of potential, I could see it being expanded a lot! Here's some of the feedback I'd like to give:
Making it so that you can hold click and slide to till / harvest / plant multiple tiles, instead of having to click each one individually.
Adding sound effects, of course! Even some simple ones can greatly improve the experience!
Maybe add a gameplay element that makes the player want to farm more? Maybe some periodic payments, or something like balatro! (But this one's more of a suggestion than anything)
Overall, the pixel art is quite nice, although having different sprites for the different stages of development of each crop would be nice. Good job on making it to the jam!!
It was quite nice, the pixel art is cute, and the music, while not amazing, it also wasn't annoying. I did not like the screenshake, I feel like it's a bit too much, maybe an option to change the screenshake amount could be nice? It's short, a cool concept that could be expanded a lot! Good job!! :D
Very cool narrative experience. I love the artstyle, it's very good. One piece of feedback I'd give is make it so that when you have to press a button to advance dialogue, show a small icon prompting the player to do so, otherwise they might think the dialog should advance on its own but isn't working.
I did not find any bugs, I got the neutral ending at first. The music was nice too! Overall, incredible job, your game's pretty cool :D
Very good, I like the gameplay and I think you could expand this further or even make a sequel! For some reason the game didn't pick up my keyboard, but luckily it worked with the gamepad! Might be something worth looking into.
Overall, the game is pretty big and quite polished, it feels very strongly designed as well, with most gameplay quirks feeling intentional (such as attacking mid-air stopping you).
Congratulations, it's clear this had a lot of work!! Good job!! :D
Very good, it's very polished. My high score was 1.010 :D. I played until unlocking all snakes, and then an extra level (I thought maybe there was a little extra secret). Overall, the game is very good, you can't go wrong with snake, and I like how it feels sort of like Undertale with the different attack patterns and all.
The presentation is very good, animations are nice, and the only "bug" I could find (which probably is intended) is that, if you start a new game, after the mini tutorial, if your snake is on track to pick up a star, it doesn't until you move it again.
The music and sound effects were also very good. Congratulations on such a polished experience!! :D
Argh! I got to the part with the spikes!! I love this, the game is very polished, I think you could expand it much further with more bosses!! I played with the mouse to attack and couldn't check right now if it works with controller, but It would be nice.
The music is good, the sound effects are good as well, and the sprites and animations are very well made. Overall, this is certainly a very strong game that could be expanded a lot! Congratulations, be proud !! :D
I liked this one a lot. I found the platforming challenging but very fair, the only thing I would change is make it so that if you try to shoot a bubble while one is already active, instead of having to wait a cooldown, make it so that the existing bubble explodes to allow the new one to spawn, that way you still only allow players one bubble and the time between misfired bubbles is diminished.
I love the artstyle, it's very cute and polished. The music and sound effects were also very nice. You made a really good game, be proud!! :D
