after the civil war, the fox champion talked about the artifact that is missing. i tried do something about that quest but since the journal has no description i couldn't make any progress.

I've heard that the princess is hiding in elf capital from the elf girl, and I've sent my characters there but nothing happened. Is this a bug? Or Should I do some other thing?
