Great visual style and sound design! The gameplay is really fun. My only minor issue was that the upgrade and weapon-switching system felt a bit confusing at first.

Seeing the ammo count for all weapons right from the start, even when only one is available, is a bit misleading before you figure out how things work. It might be better to either hide the ammo for locked weapons or allow the player to switch to them and show a message that they need to be unlocked in the upgrades menu first.

Really good-looking game! I spent around 3 minutes trying to understand the jumping mechanics, as it seems a bit different from the standard rocket jump that I remember. But even with that knowledge, it was still very difficult for me. I managed to get to the purple platforms but kept falling from the last one.

It starts easy but gradually gets faster and faster. For me, even level 5 is already hard to keep up with! I'm afraid it'll be impossible to manage more than 2 lanes with reaction times as slow as mine :) It also seems like a great fit for mobile platforms. Well done!

Really stylish and well-made game! I expected less, to be honest, but after maybe 5 attempts I understood that there is more to this game. It took me 10+ runs before I found the manual (it was the last item I found), and I think 4 or 5 more to finally get off the ground. Cool game, especially the art and sound!

Thanks for the feedback! We were tweaking the wave balance and timing at the very last minute, so there’s definitely room for improvement there. :)

Thank you!

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! We did try to balance the screen navigation with the gear dragging, but it clearly needs more polish. We're planning to rework robot controls in the future probably alongside with some changes to the camera movement.

Thanks a lot! We really appreciate it! :)

Glad to hear that, thank you!

Thanks!

Thank you! I really love Kingdom for its simplicity, and the water shader is a direct reference to that game! :)

Thank you so much! Happy to hear you liked it!

Thanks for the feedback! Making the gear connections feel smoth and intuitive was one of our main goals, glade you liked it!

Thank you! The gear wear down mechanic still needs some balancing and finetuning, but it's really great to hear that you enjoyed it anyway! :)

Really satisfying controls and the game feels great overall. But that last level took me twice as long as the rest of the game combined... I feel so dumb now, thanks a lot! :)

Thank you for such a kind review!

Hollow Knight was actually my very first reference, though I don’t think the final result came anywhere close! :) I should also mention that most of the background sprites are based on ai-generated images. I refined them and sometimes used my own art as a base for the generation, but the backgrounds weren't drawn entirely from scratch.

Very stylish game, though a bit on the hard side! :) It took me 3 minutes and 18 seconds for the first run and a decent amount of effort.

Character controller feels great!

Didn't expect a jam game to be this big. That's truly impressive!

The game feels very polished.

There are so many different upgrades that at some point the tank feels even too powerful.

High-quality project!

Factorio was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the theme, but I figured it would be way too complex for a jam :)

Yet you managed to make a wonderful game in such a short amount of time! I played for about an hour, but unfortunately, the game crashed.

I really enjoyed it and it’s a perfect fit for the jam theme!

I love games that focus on a single simple mechanic. And this one is made just right! Unfortunately, I wasn't smart enough to beat it without hints. I had to look up the solutions for levels 4 and 7 (I probably should’ve figured out level 4 on my own, but level 7 is really tough).

Great game!

Many thanks for such a detailed review and for giving our game so much attention - we really appreciate it!

You're right, we didn't have enough time to make the wall mechanics clearer, even though we had a few ideas for that. And the robot really is quite carefree, I noticed that too! :)

Thanks again for the feedback!

Thank you so much! :) It makes me really happy to see someone figured out all the mechanics and finish the game!

The idea of building a path with gears is similar to what we did in our own game, yet the core gameplay is completely different. Clear objective, cool power-scaling mechanics. Everything turned out great!

The only thing is, I didn't quite catch the meaning of the blue and red circles or the gear colors.

Thanks!

Gears can only be attached to the back walls. It’s definitely not very obvious, we thought about adding highlights while dragging them, but we simply ran out of time.

Thanks! For some reason, I thought I would need to do this with the assembled device... Now I'm fully satisfied. Wonderful game!

This game is a literal work of art! Everything is so well-made that it’s hard to pick just one standout feature. However, I had a tough time figuring out what to do in the room with the giant Krang from TMNT.

I've spent so much time on this game! In my first attempt, I somehow lost the valve handle... Now I'm trying to get the secret ending (the recipe is indeed very well hidden; I would've never found it without a tip), but it just won't let me assemble it. What am I doing wrong?

Anyway, the game is great! I'm just sad I couldn't unlock all the endings yet.

The jumping mechanic is very satisfying! The overall feel of the gameplay is very positive. Well done!

Simple and intuitive controls, readable visuals, pleasant sounds, and engaging puzzles. All levels cleared—great game!

Super addictive! I fed everyone in 9:29, breaking 12 plates in the process... But hey, nobody complained!

Thanks!

Your game is amazing btw, played it yesterday, had a lot of fun :)

Thank you!

It took almost two weeks for the whole project, with some help from ai. Some things were made from scratch, but most of the background was painted over a generated base images.

Enemies, robot and gears all together around three days.
