I would also ask for the raw animations to be included in the project. I have a character that I can have working with a number of animation libraries but doesn't work correctly with your animations. I presume that its because I can ensure that the bone mapping is correct when using other libraries. I'd pay extra to have the animations.

not sure if this is a solution. I had a similar issue when creating my own meshes for a collection. I resolved it by ensuring that the meshes had a material applied then exporting out of blender

is it possible to have a list of blocks used in a model with the ability to select a block by selecting an item in the list. this is an example of this feature in blockbench.

I just wanted to say that I bought Asset Forge(AF) more to support Kenny rather than I had a real use for it. However I have spent the last couple of days using AF to grey box/level build for a game that I'm developing in Godot and I have to admit AF is a joy to use. I honestly believe that with a few small additions AF could become a full blown level design tool that rivals Probuilder.
