It turns out steam's servers to log in were down at the time. I can now get the steam key easily

So, I bought Throne of Lies for my friend and when both him and I logged in to steam to get the giftcode (we both tried), it would just say incorrect login
I already own the game. Here is proof that I already do with lots of hours logged into it, so this is not a send the link to a friend for piracy lol eggs dee.
