I planned the sound update with diffrent music to match the scenes for version 1.2, but i had to switch jobs lately and the cash was just tight as hell.
I still plan on doing that update as soon as my life gets more stable.
So on one hand, you just appeared out of nowhere like a hero saving the fight at the last second in anime...
But on the other hand, I would absolutely hate myself if i didn't pay someone for a help this huge.
I can get back to you once my life gets sorted out. Probably soon. I would love to drop v1.3 with the sound update already.

Thanks for the offer but as of now I am not looking for translators becuase the script is going through so many changes and rewrites lately that it would be very problematic for the translator to keep up. Like, sometimes i edit previous version scenes, wording, jokes etc, to make some older scenes fit more with the new plot elements.
I would definitely be looking for translators in the future, but i need to get my script edits finished and that would take me quite some time.
I will save your contacn info and let you know by the time i'll be planning the translation udpate.

English is not my main language, so mistakes like that will happen in every version and I don't feel the need to drop tiny new updates for just grammar and typo fixes.
All grammar errors pointed out to me and and all typos my players send to me are always being fixed in the newest major updates.
I added the things you said to the list and will ofc correct them when i'll be finishing the next update.
1.2 part 2 is shorter and smaller than part 1 and should be out very soon so it won't be a long wait anyways.

Yeah im thinking about opening it some day, but i need some time to think about it. As of now the 99% of the game work is on my shoulders alone, and having a big server to menage would just slow my progress a little.
Maybe when my friend will get back from his 3 year long ass trip around the world he could join my team and at least moderate the server.

Some of the creators you mentioned, from what I know, are using blender and/or unity for their animations and visual polish after importing KK characters into them.
People often recommend these games as examples, without realizing that they are not just "better KK animations." They are often using a much heavier pipeline.
I played some of them before. - I can even say more. - Goddesses Whim is one of the games that made me start creating a game myself. I often mention this game on dev talks with my friends, because I want GG to look that good one day.
I am actively improving GG's visuals with every version, including better posing, lighting, cleaner shots, and more interesting animations, but I also want to be honest here:
I probably won’t reach that exact level anytime soon.
I tried learning blender and unity before i started making GG, and it was genuinely one of the most painful and miserable experiences in my life.
Not even in a funny "haha learning is hard" way, because outside GG i was working in graphic design programs since i was 15 and im not bad at the "Tech stuff".
More like: "I have been staring at this cube for 4 hours and I feel my soul left my body 3 hours ago" kind of way.
So for now, I'm focusing on improving the game with the tools I actually know how to use.
Because realistically, it’s either:
-new updates every 3 to 4 months, like im trying to do now, and a steady slow progress with improving everything.
or
-Frosty learns blender again and v1.3 drops in 2029.
I'll keep pushing the visuals and animations as much as I can, but Id rather keep improving at what im good at, than promise a massive tech jump that nukes the whole dev schedule and my mental.
If I'll have enough money from the game's patreon in the future, i would love to hire someone just to remake all h-scenes in blender, but as of now the money is still going toward my basic survival stuff and minor game improvements/commisions etc.
The main takeaway from this is that i am, and will be, doing my best at improving the game.
But advanced 3d programs are out of my scope. At least for now when I'm working 2 jobs outside of GG.

That scene you're talking about is (if i remember correctly) the first one i made so probably that's why. I planned a reshoot of it for the future patch so that's gonna be taken care of.
And sticker hunt will get a slight rework in 1.2 part 2 so it's gonna be taken care of.
If you have any tips on how i can improve the animation the please tell me because im desperately looking for feedback on this topic becuase i too feel like its the least good part of the game.

About stickers: I will probably change the opacity from 20% to 100% in next update. Some people said it's been buggin them too, so I'm gonna make it easier.
About typos: Jesus there was so much more. Our proofreads usually go like this: - we open the game with my friends and go scene by scene, and in almost every scene we fix something.
But yeah. It's still a lot that is getting missed by us. And two kinda-dyslexic dudes and one insomniac-always-tired girl are not the best team for typo fixing we could make (my god) but we're doing our best and will keep trying to be better hahahah.
Usually newer version fixes MOST of the typos from the previous one.
(It kinda turned into a funny thing between me and my amazing proofreaders - to see what people will find that we didn't - and the funniest one lately is that in 1.2 part 1, I forgot to change the placeholder "band name" in mia/suzzie office scene hahahah)
About the achievement pop-up: I'm gonna be 100% honest - I don't know how to code it another way. When it doesn't need a click, sometimes it stays on the screen forever, and I spent a week on trying to fix it alone and couldn't find a way. So I specifically made it to require a click to bug proof the game. I'll try to do something about it in the future.

Most of the game's code is built using python and RenPy, but the visuals are made through a separate 3D character and scene programs.
Characters, outfits, textues, maps, poses, lighting, UI, editing, color correction, conversions, and all the final polish are handled across a bunch of different tools and softwares.
It's basically a messy pile of programs, and way too many hours.

And about the MC. On one hand, I really can't blame most of the other creators because creating a good looking male character in KK, is an absolute nightmare.
On the other hand, it is not impossible. And imo - a main character, needs to feel like a main character. It was definitely the hardest character to create and the one i spent the longest time on. So thank you. I'm glad someone appreciated this detail.

It didn't take as much coding as i expected, so gladly it wasn't a nightmare. But it took a lot of testing and bit of UI editing.

Out of all negative comments about all of my work in my life this is most definitely the worst one I ever received and the most insulting to me.
Every single line of dialogue in my game is hand-typed by ME.
I fucking DESPISE AI and any usage of it. ESPECIALLY IN CREATIVE WORK.
I even advertise the game as AI-FREE and completely made by me.
I get that not everyone has to like my dialogues, my writing style and my humour, but seriously asking me if I used ai for it is just the biggest spit in the face I got since I started creating this game and iam saying that after receiving many literal d3@th threats.
Writing stories, scripts, plots, and especially dialogues, was and is, one of my fav hobbies and every single new update takes usually 4 months to make because i spend around 2 months on JUST the writing.
And I need at least 3 of my friends to proof-read the whole thing few times to catch the atrocious ammount of the typos that I do.
Sorry you don't like my writing or maybe it just doesn't hit the right notes with your style. That's completely okay and I understand that.
But I never used AI to write things for me and NEVER WILL.
If you decide to play the game more, maybe my style will hit the right tone for you sometime later in the story. But if it won't, then my game might just not be the game for you.

I often like to do jokes that play around the rules of typing the dialogues. Like purpouseful misspelling or breaking the 4th wall because of some word being written in some way. I did some of the jokes like that in the upcoming update.

I mean, the only interharem love is between girls and mc, any yuri things that were in the script were just one off scenes anyways, and now everything is optional anyways so idk if i will hit the exact notes you would like to be played, but i'm sure i wrote a hell of a script for 1.2 and it's gonna blow 1.0 and 1.1 out of the water.
Besides that, the kitchen burnt down. Hopefully this month the dish will come through.

About the changes :
Yuri parts were never meant to be something big here, I just added yuri side plot in prologue cause i like yuri myself and needed an excuse to use it in game so i added some plot elements that use it, but players asked for that to be optional so i made it optional, and i think everybody is happy now.
I don't see this as a big change at all.
More like quality of life update.
And the slight rewrite of v1.1 was made because the script was a bit rushed and I did some continuity errors (that feedbackers pointed out) and didn't flesh out Suzzie's character as much as I wanted thus i added few more scenes to show her real personality more.
So overall no need to worry. I know where I am going with the plot and I will not sway from my designed path.

About typos:
Usually before every version my friend does a huge proofread and fixes most of the typos she finds, since I'am completely awful at this. But even she can't find them all so I collect the ones players find and fix them all in new updates.
