Is the play  list still being updated? it would be nice to have our video linked earlier to be part of the playlist if that would be the case!

Here is a short gameplay video of our game Toppel tower

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nxbUUGJ13U

Thanks for the summary. We will try to update the game after the jam is over. Good luck to you!

Thank you for your kind response! Nice to see you enjoying the game, despite the controls being a bit to wrap your head around :)

It´s good gameplay. Could see some improvements, but I still enjoy it!

Surprisingly fun game! It´s simple, yet engaging! Well done!

It´s a bit addicting… JUST ONE MORE TRY! I had fun failing over and over. I had some problems with the menu, though. I didn´t get that I was supposed to click on the start button. I jumped on it, under it, clicked every other button, before I realized I could click on it. Maybe a me-problem. And you could say the frustation fits the theme 😅

I like the story of the game and the gameplay and animations feels nice! The building can be a bit tedious with much going back and forth between cutting and building. But it has a good foundation!

Thank you!

It was not a complaint, the sound gives some personality to it 😅 I’m impressed of what you came up with in a such short amount of time. Well done!

Thank you for enjoying the story! haha yess the pink one is a hard worker, we will have a talk with the yellow one so he betters his behavior! There is no "correct" way to place the planks as long as you stack them upwards towards the fruit!

It was my pleasure! looking forward to it!

yess we are 2 friends ! One of us codes and makes music/sound and the other makes the art!

The talk box and the funk was very nice! The gameplay was fun for a while when I forced myself to rush but would have been nice if there was something more than bundles becoming single bananas in the game that urges you to be quicker, like a stamina bar that runs out but gets recharged when eating bananas. But overall I think its a good job!

Sounds like an interesting idea! Are you going to implement it ? If so, we are looking forward to trying it!

Thanks, I  will retry it when I have time!

hahah no thats the worst part i forget my max jumps, memory like teflon

The mix of 3d and 2d works so well! The plat forming was kind of easy but the rich environment had me interested all the way through! My one suuuper tiny gripe is that the bed was not bouncy. Superb Jobb on the game!

Good game! It could use some audio and I can see some more levels too. But it's a fun and good foundation. Good job!

I hope i dont sound too harsh with my suggestions but it would have been nice if you did not need to go grabb ammo so often and some more variation on the floor than just extinguishing and grabbing people. I read that this is your first jam your are a part of and i think you should be proud that you finished making a game! good job!

Very fun game! I really liked it! The atmosphere is perfect and the moment feels very satisfying. The story is interesting and leaves me wanting more. Very good indeed!

It's a simple but fun game, would really enjoy more levels and it's nice to see a multiplayer mode as well. Keep it up!

I tried the game but get stuck on lvl 3 when the blue blob talks to me. I'm not sure how to go on from there. Is there something I do wrong?

Love the character design of the Buggles! Their physics feels great! really good work on the game!

"The world did not end all at once" is a very poetic sentence, I liked it a lot!

Hi! It's a good foundation but I agree with previous comments that it could need some more guidance in the beginning, I was a bit lost on what to do and if I was supposed to throw the red or blue gem when and where. But it has some interesting ideas!

A very nice game with a lotta polish! I'm not the best at these kinds of games but the control of the bird felt just right!

i enkoyd how fast paced it felt once you got in to the grove of it!

I thought that this part of the level had clever platforming design! EDIT:well for some reason i can't get the screnshott in the post but its the part with three white platforms moving around the "stairs"

The game still some parts that neads polish, Ghost icon game studio has some really solid advice, but for a first game its good work!

It’s quite nice! I like how intense it gets after a while. And the sound when you throw away the trash sounds like you’re hitting an old man with it (I can’t unhear it now ^^)

I like it! It´s a simple but effective idea. Maybe some visual variation as you climb higher could make it even better. And a time mode to compete against others would be a cool addition!  Good job!

It's a solid incremental but I wish it was easier on the wrist in the beginning, good job on the game!

Lovely choice of a pallet! hahah i dont have the brain capacity to keep count of how many jumps i have towards the end, it was fun playing doe!

It's nice how the instruments are color coded!  but as others have already pointed out it is a bit confusing to understand what the game wants you to do.

Feels like I have stumbled upon a hidden gem here. Love the old school vibes both in the prerender esthetics and its cryptic feel where key words like "terrenal"  or "entropy" is not fully explained what it does in the game context. The omission of this information really piqued my curiosity and made me experiment with the "build mechanic" which comes with a nice sense of exploration of possible combinations! If this is an artistic choice I really respect it and if not I almost hope you keep it that way!

I was also baffled how you had the time to make such gorgeous prerenders during the jam period, how do you do them? Amazing work, it's a really cool game!

It's a fun combo of building platforms with "tetris" and platforming! good jobb!

Thank you for expressing that !

Thanks for checking it out! The controls are a bit tricky and takes time to getting used to. But nice to see you enjoying it anyway.
