Thank you! I'm glad you had fun playing!

Great game! Excellent story, good art, had a great time playing.

This is a wonderful game. I'm having a great time trying out all kinds of different options. Love the characters and the art! Super fun!

This is great! I love everything about it, the story, the art, the music. And Tamas, of course, I love how despite the risks, he still looks for love and connection, when it would be easier not to. And how he nevertheless manages to play the court games, and play them well. Kudos!

Great story, great art! Loved it!

I love it! The art is great and the story is super interesting. I've played it through three times so far, but I'm continuing until I get all the endings, I'm desperately curious what will happen in them.

Thank you!

This is a really interesting game. The mechanics work well with the story and the art and music fit really well. I'll have to keep playing to really see what happens.

Very atmospheric! Good fun!

This is amazing! I can't believe you guys got all this done. The story is super engaging, the art and music are great, and it all fits so well together. Also, Shredder is the best thing ever!

This was great! Well written and I really enjoyed your characterizations of everyone. Also with great replayability, I'll have to play a few more times to get everything.

This was really good! Excellent writing, interesting characters, great art! I had a great time playing!

This is a lot of fun, I made it to day 32 before the hunters got me. Have to play again to see where I'll get.

This was a lot of fun, there are a lot of interesting characters among the ghosts and I loved the appearance of the tavern.

This was a fun game, the story was interesting and really replayable and I love the way it looks.

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it! And you're right that a speeddating event is a good place to hunt, lots of people no one knows eachother, but hey, maybe some vampires are actually looking for love...

I'm sorry to hear that! I'm not super familiar with Linux, but from what I can tell, the newest version of Ren'py, which I wrote this on no longer has support for the version of Linux you're running.

From their changelog: https://www.renpy.org/doc/html/changelog.html#platform-support-changes

"Platform Support Changes

This release adds support for the 64-bit ARM Linux (linux-aarch64) platform. While based on Ubuntu 20.04, this has been tested on Chromebooks, and should also work on the 64-bit ARM platform.

The intended way to run Ren'Py games on ARM Linux would be to download the new ARM Linux SDK package, place the game in the projects directory, and use that to launch the game. If the files from the ARM Linux SDK are present when a Linux distribution is made, they will be included, creating a game that can be launched on ARM, but this is not the default, for size reasons.

With the move to Ren'Py 8, we are removing support for the following platforms:

  • 32-bit x86 Windows (i686)
  • 32-bit x86 Linux (i686)

This reflects the obsolescence of 32-bit x86 computing. These platforms remain supported by Ren'Py 7.5, but will not be supported by Ren'Py 8."

I have uploaded a version specifically for Linux, but if that doesn't work either I don't think there's anything I can do about it, unfortunately. My apolgies for that.

This was a fun story. I played through three times and had three different stories. Though they all ended up with me being killed by the Prince. I might try it again sometime to avoid that.

Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoy it! Avery is the best.

Thanl you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! When I found out that we were allowed to reference L.A. by Night, and N.Y. by Night,  I had to do at least one per storyline, some more subtle than others. I'll admit that I wrote this very much to my own taste, so I'm really glad that I wasn't being too nerdy!

Interesting game. I liked the little hints about the characters and how you could get an idea about their personalities. Lovely art too. I did die a lot, though.

Amazing story! Excellent writing, you could really feel the atmosphere, I think it had a bit of a cinematic feel to it. The story itself was fascinating, I played it straight through and couldn't put it down. The characters were really interesting and I got attached to them, so much so that I was a bit emotional when everyone went their own way in the end. All in all, I liked it a lot.

Cool little story, the whole story of Michael is a fascinating part of vtm lore. A shame you couldn't finish it, but a good start!

Fun puzzle game! Interesting concept!

What a lovely story! And great art too, I loved the changing facial expressions. The only criticism I have that the translation was occasionally a bit off, specifically for the vtm specific terms such as embrace etc., (using hug instead), but the story was still perfectly understandable. I enjoyed the game a lot!

The game was a lot of fun! The random events were interesting, and finally taking praxis was very satisfying. *thumbs up*

Loved it! The art is great and I loved the story and the diversity, especially Fina, I'm so glad to see a jewish vampire done properly. The soft ending I got was really sweet.

The only problem for me were the special effects and transitions, unfortunately, they were giving me a bit of motion sickness. I'm not sure if it's possible, but some way to turn them off might be a good accessibility feature.

Thank you for playing, I'm glad you liked it. And thank you for making the video, so cool! Yeah the powers have no consequences, I wanted powers in the game and to make them auto-succeed since canonically mortals are pretty defenceless against them. Originally I had a hunger system on my list to implement if I had time after the main story was finished, which would have given power-use consequences. Unfortunately, I just didn't have the time to get it done.

Interesting game. It took me a while to get the hang of things but after I got it, it was a lot of fun.

A lot of fun! I already got two different endings and I only died once. I'm gonna have to look for the other ones!

Thank you! I'm glad you liked my little bit of Amsterdam!

Fun game! Great art, interesting story, fascinating setting. The only criticism I have is that the English could have used another look over, but I'm assuming that was a time issue. Other than that *thumbs up.*

This was a fun short game. That poor Player Character!

Fellow Amsterdammer! I'm so glad you like it! I really tried to get the atmosphere right, especially since I moved away a while ago, so I'm not as familiar with the recent situation. I'm really happy you think I did it right!

I'm really glad you enjoyed the game! Thank you for commenting. I've always thought Amsterdam was a perfect setting for a VtM game, and now I got to write it!
