Gangbang-style content is in the game via the stress break / bar path — it landed in v1.3.0 (with a corruption gate). itch is still on v1.2.0 right now, so you won’t see it here yet. Public usually follows Patreon by a couple of weeks. 
Anal isn’t in the game (and isn’t planned as casual content).

Hey — just to clear this up: the lesbian content is fully optional and side content. 

You can decline it early and it stays off for the rest of the game. 

The main story is straight-focused (Elena's marriage, the men in her life); 

there's no lesbian-only route and no "girls-only" ending. 

It's there for players who want it, skippable for those who don't.

Fractured Grace is **straight-focused** (female protagonist, male love interests / story paths). The main story in v0.2.1 is built around that.

**Optional** side content (including possible FF paths) is planned for later updates and will be **choice-based** — you’ll be able to skip what you don’t want. Nothing like that is in the current public build yet.
